Etched In Stone

We built a new home and had Etched in Stone do our flooring, shower and kitchen backsplash. Anne was very very helpful in selecting floors and making suggestions as to which way to lay the tile making the rooms look better. I would not have chosen the shower tile but with Anne's help it turned out awesome. I get many compliments on the shower and kitchen backsplash. The installers were very polite and worked hard to get the installation perfect. I am truly happy with all and would recommend Etched in Stone to anyone.

The team at Etched in Stone was very helpful. They listened to what I thought I wanted and what I was really saying. They gave me a variety of samples to bring home and evaluate in my space. I love the tile we chose for our entryway and our backsplash. I was looking for something with a variety of colors, classic and had a lake-feel. I think we nailed it. They also helped with suggestions for colors and choices in my other spaces and I loved it all.

We had a wonderful experience with Etched In Stone when building our house. There are so many decisions to make throughout the process but when it came to flooring and tile we left it up to Anne. She was amazing with listening to what we wanted and perfectly matched up selections for us. We trusted her professional opinion and it took a lot of stress off of us. We recently moved into our new home and couldn't be happier with it. Etched in Stone provided a beautiful zero-entry shower for the master bath, as well as the coordinating tile floor . Our designer, Ann, guided us through the process with excellent product knowledge, patience and advice. She was able to determine both what we needed and wanted, even though we didn't know ourselves. The installation was done perfectly and on time.

We were very pleased with our experience in choosing Etched in Stone to complete a bathroom remodel. The focal point of the bathroom was removing an existing bathtub and replacing it with a tiled shower. Eric Wergin, Store Owner, came to our house to measure and speak with our bathroom remodeler about placement of backer boards for safety rails. Anne Myers, Designer and Showroom Manager, was most professional and patient with our first time attempt in a complete remodel. She answered all of our questions regarding the care and management of our tile and offered suggestions that would help us. The showroom is beautiful but seemed overwhelming when at first choosing both shower and floor tiles. We had gone into the showroom ahead of time just to look around at what we thought we would like. The following day, at our appointment with Anne, we were able to select both tiles after Anne showed us what size tile would work best for the flooring and shower wall. She also suggested grout colors which turned out to be perfect. Our tiler Jason was the best! Everyone was so pleasant to work with. The staff at Etched in Stone helped us to define our Transitional Victorian style. Anne, the interior designer, was superb to work with. She systematically helped us turn our vision into reality. The installers were professional and detail oriented. Etched in Stone's quality and craftsmanship was exactly what we were looking for. From the hand scraped maple hardwood floors to the expert tile work including our unique bronze Arizona Hot Dots backsplash for our stove, we couldn't be more pleased. Our master bathroom shower is truly one of a kind with a picture framed mosaic. I feel like I am in a tranquil spa! We recently completed a total renovation on a farmhouse. We used Etched in Stone for all of the flooring and tile. They made the experience wonderful! Anne Meyers, the designer, is extremely knowledgeable on product and the process of installing. She thoroughly thought out every aspect of the project. We had concerns with putting engineered hardwood over in-floor radiant heat. Anne called the manufacturer, Mercier, to help alleviate our concerns. If we had a question. she had a well thought out answer, making sure we were always satisfied! The installers are very talented and took time to think through every step of the installation. They installed several styles of tile, Marmoleum tile, vinyl, and hardwood in our house. They took great pride in their work and made sure we were satisfied with the job they were doing. The owner, Eric, stayed informed on the progress of the work, insuring we were happy and satisfied with all that was being done. We had an awesome experience with everyone we dealt with in this company! We hare happy we chose them and would not hesitate to use them for other projects!

We renovated the kitchen and three bathrooms using tile and expertise from Etched in Stone. From the professional guidance in the showroom for selecting from a extensive sample of tiles and the design layout to the installation we found every aspect of the work well done and exceeding our expectations. The final on-time results demonstrate the knowledge, experience and versatility of these professionals.

Anne and Etched in Stone were excellent to work with. Anne is very knowledgeable about every type of stone (both natural and man made), wood and any new or different type of product on the market. She helped us with all aspects of our projects. Not only flooring, but even paint colors for other rooms in the house. We have used Etched in Stone for a complete rebuild of our cottage and also for a major remodel in our home. Any other project in the future will include Etched in Stone!

Etched in Stone did two projects for us--a hardwood floor in the master bedroom and floor tile in the kitchen/hall. He assembled an excellent group of subcontractors and ensured all the work was done timely and correctly. The tile work done by Etched in Stone is beautiful.
