“This was the second time I hired Sam Jernigan to assist me in remodeling and redecorating. The first was in 2012 with a Victorian cottage that was going to be a vacation rental. Having no experience with that era I needed help and Sam provided much more than that. She was amazing. And the house turned out completely charming and beautiful. So, when I was redoing the home I had just purchased after living there for 8 years as a renter, I called Sam again. And once again, she was really wonderful. She is hugely talented, has a wonderful sense of color and design, comes up with great ideas and suggestions based on the space, the structure, your personal style, and has just an intuitive sense of what will work. I used virtually all of her ideas for this latest project, and can only say that everything she suggested worked so well that I feel like I am living in a completely new house and without major remodeling. The house has been transformed by her strong sense of color and design. In addition, she is a pleasure to work with. And she takes the time to explain her suggestions from a professional design perspective in such a way that they make perfect sense. I would highly recommend her for any project.”

“We just completed a kitchen remodel and wanted to find a unique piece of art to for our new kitchen (and to cover up an electrical panel). Keoki was able to create a custom size of a fantastic digital photo for us. They even created a digital rendering and put the new picture on a photograph of our kitchen.... “I am presently working with Judy on my 4th house over a period of 15 years. Her design ideas and taste level are impeccable. She always listens to my vision and then helps steer me toward a great finished product. She was caring for her husband during his final illness during our current project and has still managed to deliver for me during a difficult time. One of the things that has always amazed me about her is her ability to memorize color and details. She remembers all of the details of the projects we have done over time without having to go to her archives. I love my current home and don’t plan on moving any time soon. However, if I do, one of the first calls I will make will be to Judy.”

“Ken is easy to work with and has fantastic local knowledge that came in very handy for my Cabin project. I had a rough time with the design company I was using to draw our cabin plans, called ken to talk about Engineering and ended up ditching the deign company I was working with and had ken do the whole thing. There is a HUGE benefit from having your plans done by an engineering company. Ken is one stop shopping. He also gave great recommendations for Tree Services and contractors. I would hire Ken again for all future projects.”
