“Great company and great service! Everyone in the team was on top of the game. What I liked the most was that they kept me posted from the day I called to make an appointment all the way till the day I have my shutters installed. I had to wait for 5 weeks for my shutters but their communication was very effective. I got reminders for all my appointments. Plus, they always answered my questions timely and patiently.
Quality is another main reason I chose them. So far I liked my poly shutters so much! They do have wood shutters, but I'm glad that I chose the poly one because they are moisture resistant. It looks organic and goes along with my wood furniture. The sales William also told me that it would be very durable because the poly is solid and with metal inserts.

We have a roll up shade in our Master bathroom. It was installed by Ethan Allen in 2013. The cord was frayed and I tried in vain to remove the shade for a company to repair it. Another contractor tried to remove them and failed. Ethan Allen stiffed me and never showed up. Long story, short, I contacted Doug at Bloomin' Blinds. He came out and worked for at least 30 minutes to remove the shades. He never gave up or seemed to get too excited about it. I would have ripped them off by now. He finally managed to remove them and replace my frayed cord and reinstall them for a really reasonable price. I think any other company would have given up and just left. I commend Doug for a job well done.”
