C&O has been very attentive to our needs. The products are well respected. They worked well with me to get me into the best product for my needs and budget. C&O has continued to stand behind their products through any needs that I have had.

To make a long story short we received the wrong windows from another window company during the construction of our new home which was putting us behind schedule. We went to C&O Window & Door from Pueblo, Co. Their professionalism and knowledge allowed us to get the windows we wanted in standard sizes, making them cost effective and to fit with minimal shimming in our existing window openings in a timely manner. This project happened in March 2016, to date we are still very please with the windows installed and their services.

Used C&O to upgrade low-end vinyl windows to high-end Andersen windows. Went with C&O for several reasons: 1) They were the ONLY vendor that could (and would) answer my questions regarding the details of the installation and details of the windows' construction. Do not underestimate the value of this knowledge. 2) Price was competitive. 3) Didn't try to 'upsell' me. Instead, matched a product to my needs & budget. Installation Experience: 1) Did what they said they would do 2) Returned to fix minor details and touch-ups even though site was 1.5 hours from Pueblo 3) Felt they did more than 'the contract' obligated them to do 4) Have no doubts they will stand behind the product if necessary Window Performance Experience: Very pleased with the windows' glass clarity, insulation properties, and performance in stormy weather.

C&O provided all the windows we needed for our log home, which we recently built in the mountains of Colorado. C&O impressed us with their in-depth knowledge of the technical details of window design, installation, and suitability for our environment. C&O was great to deal with and their guidance during our window selection process and pre-installation was very much appreciated.

From the salesman Nick, to the installation team, Scott and his crew, they were professional and personable. I trusted them to do what was right and they certainly delivered! We enjoy the beautiful windows and doors daily, and have fond memories of our time with them. Honestly, it was a painless remodel with them. They worked with our schedule and wanted us to be happy with the result. Great group, great job.

Very helpful and professional. Workmanship was first class, and the price was very competitive. One complaint - they had miss-ordered a couple windows. Since the sizes were all special order it delayed completion by several weeks until the correct sized windows arrived.
