We are so happy with the draperies that were installed in our home today! Abraham Rodriguez, who installed them, did a wonderful job. Truly enjoyed working with him and Erika Reimer, the designer. Would recommend them highly!!!

We added a sun room to our home and needed to find just the right window coverings to block the afternoon sun and yet keep the room light as airy. At Drapery Street we had truly excellent service and wonderful options. Kim Curry worked with us and she is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She made the process of choosing the right window coverings fun and easy. She was patient, thoughtful, thorough, and very knowledgeable. We had also used Drapery Street 6 years ago when we moved here and needed new window coverings for the entire house. We remembered the incredible selections and service we had then and had no doubts that we would be very pleased again and we are thrilled!

Drapery Street exceeds my expectations each and every time I hire them to create and install window treatments for my clients. The entire process is efficient and streamlined, from design through installation. Their finished product reflects what you would expect from a company in a big city such as Chicago or New York, yet their attention to detail and customer service is what you would expect from a boutique firm.

I was looking for new window treatments for my master bedroom. We had not touched our windows in years! Caryn and Char were amazing! I told them what I wanted and they nailed it! They made the whole process fun and easy for this interior design challenged gal! The installation was done by Justin. Great guy and very efficient. He did great work!

I have purchased draperies three times over the last 10 years and I am working on completing my fourth room with Drapery Street. I love design details, like adding trim or putting two coordinating fabrics together on one drape. Each designer I have worked with has helped me narrow my choices and find that something extra that I love, that looks amazing and makes me feel good when I walk in the house. I love all my drapes but my favorite are the deep blue silk drapes with a ruched header and contrasting trim. I love working with Drapery Street. Their quality, attention to detail, and professionalism keep me coming back.

I just wanted to express my disappointment with the company. This is the second time I work with them because the first time I did, I was extremely impressed by their costumer service and their professionalism. However this second time has not been a good experience unfortunately. Even though staff are always very nice and cordial I believe the reliability of their services has declined. To be specific, I wanted to get curtains done in a timely manner and I was told that if I chose a fabric that was in stock the project was going to be done quicker. So I chose something in stock, like I did the first time I worked with them. But, I was first told that it may take 2 weeks if in stock. Then when the measurements were made the the timing changed to a month. and now It will be possibly another week. I know the invoice clearly states the timing can take up to 12 weeks but this is not what I was told verbally. If there was already problems getting the projects done on time I wished I would have been told. Also last time when I received the invoice of the purchase, everything was itemized so I knew what I was paying for, but this second time this did not happened and I noticed the reluctance of staff to be clear and tell me the pricing of the installation. I know the installation is expensive but as a customer we need to know what we are paying for. The curtains have not been installed yet and I hope the final product turns out to be as good quality as the first time. One only can hope :-(

We purchased Hunter Douglas Vignette shades from Drapery Street and we are very happy with them. We weren't sure what we wanted or needed in the beginning but the Drapery Street team guided us through the process to help us find the perfect solution for our windows.
