Harris Blinds and Shutters

Harris was an absolute pleasure to work with. Our custom shutters look gorgeous! They are not just functional--their form completely complements the home. Harris was incredibly professional and very easy to work with. His installation crew took their time and did a superb job. I would definitely work with Harris Blinds & Shutters again in the future.

Harris Blinds is top notch, period. I hired Harris to install blinds in a condo unit which my wife and I rent out. So I needed something fast, durable and affordable as I only had a small amount of time to get it done before a new tenant was moving in. Harris personally shows up for the estimate, knows exactly what I needed and the job was done in just a few days! Thank you Harris!

I had a wonderful experience with Harris Blinds until I needed follow-up. This was my second time doing business with this company and spent over three thousand dollars on window treatments. After the installation, I called to order fabric and trim to match the shades in one of the rooms. Since at least January of this year, I have called more times than I can even count, to get this squared away but to no avail. I can't even get a fabric swatch sent to me. I have spoken directly with the owner who said that he was in touch with the company that the fabric originally came from, however I can't get anyone to call me back. Needless to say, this is extremely frustrating. I now have a room that needs a valance on one windows, but I can't get the matching fabric. I will have to search fabric stores to find something that is similar based upon a picture, not a sample. I have emailed as well and received no answer other than the auto generated response. How hard is it to call someone back and say that you can't get more of the fabric? I'm guessing that this would take five minutes. I'm glad that the economy is good and this business don't have to worry about current and future customers. Harris Blinds was referred to me by both an interior decorator and a friend, but something has happened whereby satisfying the customer doesn't matter anymore. In summary, this has been abysmal from the customer service standpoint - horrible ! Probably the worst experience I have ever had. At least others have called back in an attempt to resolve the situation. JHH
