My husband and I moved into a loft apartment in a rehabbed factory building. The huge windows, including a corner room, and the views they provide, sold us on this apartment. But big, big windows like this have to have shades to cut the killing western sun and drapes to soften the desired industrial vibe to the place. John answered our every wish regarding out windows. The shades cut the sun by 97 percent when down, but still let in light. And they're motorized, which we didn't even know about and now wonder how we'd managed without them. And the ceiling to floor drapes are so beautifully made and hung, they transform the place by adding warmth and elegance. Because the windows are huge and because the building is historic, John had to solve numerous problems, which he did with courtesy, competence and efficiency. He never missed a deadline. Alan and I highly recommend Pfohl's services and product.

Purchased 3 custom window-insulating cellular shades. John and Liz provided options we did not think of that were better and worked out great. They also answered all my questions with respect, expertise and care for us. The price was reasonable, products and service of commendable quality (better than lots of other options my wife and I considered), and everything was completed on schedule!
