Every step in the process, from our in-home consultation through order processing and installation, was seamless and a positive experience for us. We are very pleased with our Sunburst shutters and appreciate the comfort they've added to our home, as well as their appearance.

The representative that provided our estimate, Neil, was incredibly accommodating. We had another company install plantation shutters in a few rooms and were not satisfied with the results. Neil assisted us in coming up with a very affordable option to correct the prior installer's mistakes and install matching shutters in additional rooms in the house. Neil was able to match the style of the prior installers' product perfectly. Michael was our installation guru. He realized early on that much more time would be necessary to fix the shortcomings of the prior installer. He coordinated around our schedule to ensure no corners were cut and our expectations exceeded. The shutters provided by Sunburst matched the prior shutters perfectly in appearance and excelled in quality. We could not be happier with hiring Sunburst Shutters. The effort and quality put forth with their own product, coupled with the time and attention spent bringing the prior install up to their standards, left us pleased with our "furniture for our windows" investment.
