New & Custom home on rural lot: Working with Andrew and his team at Hemlock Homes was very positive experience from start to finish and I would certainly work with them again. Andrew participated in the process of building this new, custom home from the planning and permitting phase, through the ongoing design process, right to move in with excellent communication and attention to detail. His team went above and beyond to help expedite final stages of the inspections and sign-offs. Andrew's attention to detail with estimating and budgeting helped ensure I was aware of the status of the project from start to finish and could adjust accordingly as each significant decision or milestone came around. The build was managed professionally, finished as planned, under budget, and within the time expected despite delays due to dealings with the local building inspectors.

Thanks to Andrew, his team of carpenters and trades people, Starlight Acres surpassed all our expectations of what we wanted in our forever home. They were all a pleasure to work with, respectful of our space and most of all, very professional. Andrew stayed focused throughout, keeping the project on time and close to on budget which through Covid was a challenge. Hemlock Homes is very proffesional and fast! They replaced the old single pane windows in our house and built a boot room as well. They showed up when they said they would, kept the work sight clean and were respectful of our space. I would highly recommend this company and am grateful for a warmer more efficient house.

Andrew/Hemlock Homes renovated the roof and gutter structure on my heritage home. What an excellent job! Conscientious, clear and consultative planning, very skilled work. I am a senior. I found Andrew to be sensitive and respectful, with clear guidelines and timelines about his availability when I called. Very ethical in cost. There will be many more renovations, and I will call Andrew every time.

In 2014, I contracted Hemlock Homes to add a mudroom and an outbuilding to my house. The results were spectacular! I was thrilled beyond words and can't thank Andrew enough for his attention to detail, uncompromising integrity and his hard work. That is the reason I hired him a few more times, the most recent a bathroom renovation (again it turn out great!). I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hemlock Homes for any home renovation.

Andrew Murray and his team did a great job on our home. He was punctual and worked hard. His final bill was less than his original estimate. Their attention to detail was fabulous and they were very cost conscious when it came to maximizing the materials for the job. I would highly recommend Hemlock homes.
