Paulo and his great team recently refurbished our hardwood in 3 rooms, 2 hallways, and staircase. His great service started with a prompt return call about coming to our house for an estimate. He gave us great options of what we could and should do as far as getting what is best for us and our floors. From this information we decided to follow his advice and get the recommended work on our floors. We quickly had a date that worked for us for them to come and do our floors and they delivered on every single thing that they promised, while always being available for communication throughout the whole transaction. On top of the great customer service the work they provided was amazing and we couldn't be happier with how our floors came out!! Highly recommended. Great service for a great price.

We emailed Millena Floor looking for some information about refinishing the wood floors in our house. Paulo got back to us right away and was able to come look at the floors the next day. He provided a very reasonable quite THE SAME DAY. And he was kind enough to reschedule some things so the floors could be done when we were going to be out of town. He was great at answering any and all questions we had. They arrived the day the work was to begin on time and they were very responsive when we were in touch since we were out of state at the time. When we got home from vacation we were blown away how beautiful the floors looked. If you are considering refinishing your floors, don't hesitate for one second when it comes to Millena Floor - they are fantastic!
