Hello Tennis,

I don't know what the green is called but I know how to make it. If you are painting something small you could buy a tube of apple green acrylic paint, some white, and lime yellow ( yellow with green vs orange in it). Mix the green and a very small bit of the yellow together and slowly add the white to bring down the shade to this range. paint darkens when it dries so to want to make sure you just go slightly- ever so slightly lighter.

to me this color 'looks like' a vintage green apple.
Hope this helps you.
BIG LOVE,
REINE

I would love to recreate this clock. Is this something you purchased as a whole or did you make it yourself? It is just perfect!!

In another shot of the same mantle, we can see every detail of the piece. It's quite rustic and works very well with the shabby chic décor.

Style Secret: Airy PalettesCottage colors feel as soft and clean as a cotton sheet fresh from a clothesline. No jewel tones or shocking brights here — think white mixed with ivory mixed with cream. Layer in pale pinks, blues, greens and other washed-out hues. Don’t combine too many pastels; stick with one or two shades instead. Hot tip: If you can’t resist a bit of bold color, go right ahead. But limit it to a handful of smaller furnishings or accessories, and keep it tone on tone. One turquoise pillow in a tumble of pale blue ones might look fresh and appropriate, but if you also throw down a chartreuse rug and paint the ceiling lemon yellow, the look veers in a different direction. Find some new accessories to go with your soft color palette

Mint-green accessories in an all-white room. Very shabby chic.

7. Decorate with vintage treasures. Play I Spy at vintage shops and flea markets, and pick items in a single color, like the minty green used here. Cluster your finds on the mantel, adding your own personal touch with family photos or freshly cut flowers.
