It a beautiful space!!!!!!! Nicely decorated.
  • Denette Joselyn

Do you recommend painting the walls and ceiling the same color in any room if I'm going with a light color? I'm painting the whole and great room and main house one color, dinning room darker.

The rug is made my chandra rugs. Go to and they can get you in touch with people who sell it. Like me.

The look was achieved with 2 pieces of crown. At the lowest portion of the ceiling (just above the drapes) there is a 4" piece of crown. At the highest portion of the ceiling, the crown is 6". The highest portion of the ceiling is painted Benjamin Moore: La Paloma Gray (same as the wall color) while the other portions are all painted white.

The table is discontinued now but was from bernhardt's Martha Stewart collection.

              5. Freshen up your ceiling. Tray and coffered ceilings with the banding painted in an accent color are no longer in vogue. When tray ceilings first became popular for dining rooms and bedrooms, multiple colors and contrasting banding were used to make people take notice of the trayed effect. This photo illustrates an updated way to draw attention to the tray: Paint the uppermost, flat portion of the ceiling in a color but leave the lower portion trim neutral.More Mood Makers:Luxurious Looks on a BudgetCreate a Peaceful Place
