Our craftsmen removed an existing wall, doubling the depth of this kitchen. The doorway from kitchen to foyer and the doorway from kitchen to family room were widened and new headers were installed. Now, the remodeled area allowed for TWO islands and more cabinetry. Plug-molds, hidden under the island and under the wall cabinets, maintained a clean look eliminating receptacles. The finishing touch was the brick pattern subway backsplash tile and the accent tile in the niche above the range. The new Red Oak flooring was our final detail.

Master bathroom with an elegant freestanding bathtub underneath a traditional light fixture and finished with varying white & gray patterned tiling in this updated 1940's Custom Cape Ranch. Chevron floor tiling. The classically detailed arched doorways and original wainscot paneling in the living room, dining room, stair hall and bedrooms were kept and refinished, as were the many original red brick fireplaces found in most rooms. These and other Traditional features were kept to balance the contemporary renovations resulting in a Transitional style throughout the home. Large windows and French doors were added to allow ample natural light to enter the home. The mainly white interior enhances this light and brightens a previously dark home.

To maintain the home's visual flow, designers continued the horizontal wood plank wall motif throughout the home, including on two pantry doors and the kitchen back splash. They integrated the indoors with the outdoors by (a) opening up views (b) replacing three living room windows with French doors that open onto patio and (c) creating an exterior covered outdoor living, dining and kitchen area between the pool and house.

Classic elegance was on the wish list for this client and we happily delivered. Framing the sheer draped bay window with pinch pleated side panels suspended from a bronze Kirsh rod allows us to layer the area with a console table that suports two urn based lamps. A sofa fabricated to custom specification allowed for this petite space to comfortablely house a pair of accent chairs ~which maintained porportions that comfortable seated the clients 6'3" husband and son with ease ~ and two tortoise shelled accent tables used in the center. All this sits atop a custom fabricated broodloom area rug.

The client wanted to maintain view of ocean from all areas of the home which required the raising of the pool and deck one story above ground level. The client also required the use of high quality, durable materials, such as composite plastic cedar siding, composite guardrails, and Treks decking planks, that would stand up to the harsh ocean environment and the test of time.

A distinctive traditional style cottage set in a park. This 1940’s era structure sits in the middle of the lot, which allows for multiple garden views. Once you pass through the arched wooden gate, you enter an extremely private world hidden from the street. Focus was placed on maintaining the integrity of the original home, including the remarkable period detail and the magnificent high ceilings. To create an ideal outdoor living room, we designed a large open loggia that spills out into the rear garden. We installed numerous French doors and windows, which seamlessly transport you to the garden from the inside of the home.

Bolzan Letti was founded in the 90s by the family Bolzan and, despite maintaining its craft character and dimension, by the year 2000 the company had already developed into an industrial enterprise, integrating the craftsmanship know-how with a modern mechanization. The key word of Bolzan’s identity is “Made in Italy”. What sets Bolzan Letti apart in terms of production is the capability of combining tradition and technology. Our products are craft-finished up to the apparently insignificant details, using the technological solutions offered by industry, in order to guarantee the highest quality, strictly and genuinely made in Italy: that means good-looking, comfortable and long-lasting furniture.
