Designed to stay clutter free, the shower features a built in recessed niche & a large bench seat, to organize the homeowners shower products. The two person shower outfitted with 3 showering components, encourages shared time. Showering configurations invite the owners to enjoy personalized spa settings together, including a ceiling mounted rain shower head, & a multi- functional shower head and handheld with a pivot for precise positioning. Vertical wall tiles mixed with blue glass mosaic tiles create visual interest. The pebble floor not only feels amazing underfoot but adds an unexpected twist to this modern downtown retreat.

Inspiration for a landscaping in Minneapolis.

Sometimes the house just tells you what it wants. And sometimes that house belongs to an accomplished interior designer. And sometimes that designer and her hilarious son and their little white dog want to be surrounded in stunning natural light, great modern art, tons of plants, and pastel splashes of rock and roll. This was a complete "fixer" bungalow purchased by Jamie and lovingly renovated into this fun, happy space it is today. Friends and family love to gather here as everyone feels immediately "at home". Design ideas for a farmhouse full sun vegetable garden landscape in Portland.

Designed by Cameron Snyder, CKD and Julie Lyons. Removing the former wall between the kitchen and dining room to create an open floor plan meant the former powder room tucked in a corner needed to be relocated. Cameron designed a 7' by 6' space framed with curved wall in the middle of the new space to locate the new powder room and it became an instant focal point perfectly located for guests and easily accessible from the kitchen, living and dining room areas. Both the pedestal lavatory and one piece sanagloss toilet are from TOTO Guinevere collection. Faucet is from the Newport Brass-Bevelle series in Polished Nickel with lever handles.
