    That is the correct product, however the shade is 46" in diameter. Be advised that this fixture does not put out much light (4 x 100w incandescent lamps.) You will need to either retrofit it with additional wiring and sockets, or install additional supplemental lighting in the ceiling. This room as 8 additional pinhole 60w IR NFL halogen downlights (dimmable) over the table. The ceiling in this room is 12' and the walls are dark, so this was about the right amount of lighting.
