We purchased a stainless steel microwave drawer oven. It was over $1000. It is less than 2 years old. The "stainless steel is pitting underneath the panels as in the surface is smooth. We sent pictures to sharp and they sent an email and told us to "clean it with something else". We don't use chemicals on our stainless steel, just wipe down with a damp cloth. We called back and were told, well, it's out of warranty, we don't have parts for it, and a repair person will not be able to fix it. Are you kidding? This is no reflection on Houzz, it is frustration with Sharp and that even though they are in NJ, you can only speak to outsourced people in other countries.
