Dan Hill designed our house 20 years ago. Everyday we wake up and look around and realize we live in a piece of art. Dan listened to our needs, visited our unusual site and made a perfect house for both. Over the life of the house we have needed maintenance such as painting and replacement for light fixtures etc, Dan has continued to care and help us. Dan is socially conscious. He is involved in projects to help find affordable housing. He has used his skills to design attractive housing for homeless people. Above all Dan is an honest, thoughtful, talented person who has given us nothing but pleasure in our beautiful house.

In February 2016, my wife and I began the design process with Arbor South Architecture for a new farmhouse style home. To my amazement, Dan Hill produced a schematic design (on the first attempt I may add) that was a creative reflection of our wishes. In July 2016 with permits in hand, Arbor South Construction began the site work. Dan the architect was now Dan the builder. He was frequently on-site, making sure the design was being built to the high standards he expects from the trade professionals he employs. The end result was a beautiful, functional and high quality built house. My lofty expectations were exceeded.

Hired Arbor South in 2014 to build family dream home. Dan Hill designed and built a stunning contemporary home. While we imagined we needed a 5,000 square foot home Dan Hill crafted a custom design that built us a 3800 square foot house that fit exquisitely on our lot. This design met all of our needs and wants including an amazing theatre room. Incredible use of space. From top to bottom the attention to detail and workmanship are flawless. Dan made sure to learn about all of our children to enhance their rooms with individual personality while not overwhelming my wife and I with the process of building a new home. Today we enjoy family get togethers or sitting on our back patio overlooking our amazing view.

We have worked with Arbor South on many projects, from providing custom shelving to rare WWII ship wood and they are always professional and easy to work with. Can't wait to see which new project you have for us next!
