About Us

Archi-Dinamica Architects, LLC is a husband and wife architectural team, Roland A. Arriaga and Jeannette S. Arriaga, responsible for unique residential designs, historically restored homes, additions and renovations. We take a comprehensive and collaborative approach to creating homes in order to achieve the most appropriate end result. We also help you find out everything they need to know before starting a project and assist you in navigating through the quagmire of building code, historic district, and zoning regulations and approvals. There's more to design than meets the eye and we help clients understand the thousands of parts, pieces, and regulatory processes that must come together in order for their vision to become a reality. Our firm prepares designs and plans for new homes, additions, renovations, remodels, preservation of historic homes, and commercial projects.

We engaged Archi-Dinamica to develop plans for renovations to our home. Roland Arriaga was very prompt in responding to my requests, made several trips to the house to discuss our needs and questions, made helpful suggestions and recommendations, and completed the requested drawings in a timely manner. He reviewed the final drawings with me and provided assistance in applying for the building permit. Roland does professional quality work, responds promptly to questions and concerns, is easily accessible when you need him and is a pleasure to work with. I have known Roland for many years. His professionalism and attention to detail is second to none. He is very thorough in studying a situation and making a recommendation that is practical and affordable. His solutions and architectural response suite the client's objectives. He helped develop our Kitchen renovation and expansion. He was able to bridge the differences between my wife and. The details and permit drawings he developed were complete for our contractor to build from. We had to make very few and some minor owner directed changes. We did not experience surprises during construction. Without hesitation, I would recommend Archi-Dinamica to anyone who wants a honest hardworking and affordable residential or light commercial architect.
