Ian Birchall and Associates (IB+A)

I am writing to express my severe disappointment with the services provided by the Ian Birchall And Associates. My recent experience was far from satisfactory and I feel compelled to share the regrettable series of events that have led to this communication. From the outset, my interactions with the owner, Ian Birchall, were fraught with rudeness and condescension. The level of professionalism displayed was not at all what I expected from a reputed firm. As a client, I anticipated a respectful and collaborative relationship, but instead was met with an extremely unpleasant attitude. On numerous occasions, I was subjected to gaslighting, a tactic which I find deeply inappropriate and unethical. Mr. Birchall seemed to routinely shift the blame for his own mistakes onto me as a client, creating confusion and frustration. Given the above-mentioned experiences, I strongly feel that this firm lacks the integrity and customer-service focus that is crucial in any business. It is highly disconcerting that a company would choose to treat their customers in such an offensive and unprofessional manner. I regret having engaged the services of the IBA and I will make a point to avoid using them in the future. Furthermore, I feel compelled to share my experience with others, to caution them about the type of service they could expect from this firm.
