Rogers Krajnak Architects, Inc. has provided services to more than 200 residential clients for projects ranging from simple renovations and additions to new homes with project budgets ranging from $50,000 to $2,000,000. We have a great deal of experience working with unique homes in historic districts and in areas with architectural design review commissions. Our philosophy for Residential Architecture is to provide high quality architectural design solutions within an efficient, practical process that logically leads to the construction of a beautiful home that is engaging and responsive to the client’s functional, financial and aesthetic goals. The unique design and architectural style for each home is influenced by the neighborhood and geographic and natural context of the site and client. Architecture is a profession that requires teamwork to create environments. On every project, we form a team with the client, contractors, materials suppliers, engineers and other design consultants.
