About Us

Located a couple of blocks from the picturesque Lake Pend Oreille in Sandpoint, ID, SOK design studio collaborates with clients from around the world to create custom dream homes, cabins, and commercial architecture. From the first phone call to the toast at the housewarming party, we are there for our clients to ensure their vision is realized. Firm partners Matt Kerr and Eric Owens lead an exceptionally talented team of designers, including Lance Markley and John Callison. Jon Sayler, the founding partner, is retired, but his influence on the region's architecture and our firm resonates to this day.

Commented: Does anyone know what the material in the feature wall is please?That is simply 1/8" sheet metal that has been flame treated. The different temperature are what give it the variation. Thanks for the great question! @Eric Owens
