Studio ST Architects designed and managed the gut renovation of our 2400 square foot apartment. Esther and her team were a very unique "one stop shop" as they not only led the design phase but led the bidding process for GCs, advised and managed material selection and procurement and provided weekly project oversight. Given all the complexities of doing work in NYC I cannot think of a better firm and architectural firm to use.

My stereotype of an architect is a domineering male with a huge ego. Esther is nothing like that! We were doing a combination and gut renovation, turning 2 adjoining apartments into one. Soft-spoken, Esther listens very closely, and guides, rather than decrees. There's nothing cookie-cutter about her work. She is respectful of clients, workers, and salespeople. But when issues came up, she was a strong advocate for work being done right. She is great at coming up with plans, and tenacious about seeing them through to completion. Esther has integrity and wisdom. Working with her was a pleasure.
