Working with Terry Judd was very easy. He spent considerable time working with our clients to make sure all the little details were decided. He made sure the placement of the home took advantage of not only the great views but took into consideration how the sun would play into the right size overhangs and amount of natural light that would effect this house for years to come. Any issues that came up were quickly resolved without conflict, and this was accomplished because we were all working together to find remedies and not worried about who was right and who was wrong in our interpretation of the drawings. We will recommend, and look forward to working with Terry again in the future.

Terry helped me with design & code compliance on approx 15 commercial and residential projects over the past 20 years. I always felt at ease with him on the project. He is very helpful & knowledgeable.

Terry help us with our office build out design and did a fantastic job. We can highly recommend him without reservation. We purchased the second floor of a small building. Our space is about 2,000 square feet and came with some existing challenges (e.g. locations of the elevator, stair well and bathroom). Through Terry's creativity and leadership he came up with a design that fixed our existing infrastructure/spatial challenges and created a dynamic space that our staff greatly enjoys. Terry's design was thoughtful to our physical needs and also our cost requirements which were limited. He was easy to work with and listened to our ideas and needs. Terry brought a creativity to how to approach things in a unique and cost effective way. One of his ideas was to use bamboo flooring (very inexpensive cost) to highlight one of the central walls in the office. It turned out beautiful. His design was holistic in its approach and brought a sense continuity through his use of lighting, color pallet, and materials. It is important to note that our company ownership is made of professional landscape architects with educations and background in design. We thought we could come up with something on our own. In the end, we could not have come up with the space that we now enjoy without Terry's expertise. He was instrumental in helping us achieve what we were after. We could not be more pleased with the product that Terry designed and our experience with him.

I have had the pleasure of working with Terry on two completely different projects. One was a commercial location another was a remodel on an older home. My very high expectations were exceeded on both occasions. We were completely in the dark on the remodel, we had no idea what to do. He drew up plans and they turned out perfectly and very timely.

Terry Judd is an absolute MASTER. He is so talented and skills on a professional level. He knows what he is doing.
