Flooret

I received the sample pack. It’s what I was hoping for and more. It’s one of the products that has made it to my list of flooring to consider for my home.

While the material itself is great, the customer service once the product is delivered leaves lots to be desired. We ordered about 780 square feet and it was delivered on a semi by XPO. This is where the fun started. While the driver was attempting to unload our 2000lb pallet, it fell off of the lift gate onto the road in front of our house with the pallet jack leaning on the back of the stack. The pallet itself busted, the driver apologized, took a few pictures and left us with a busted pallet and lots of boards to move inside. I called Flooret right then and asked what to do. They said let them know what was damaged and they’d replace what we needed to finish our project. I sent multiple pictures of the busted pallet, and the damaged freight stack. I told them there was no way I could open all the boxes and inspect for damage as I didn’t have the space. They said ok, you have two months. No problem. As we prepared to start laying the floor and noticed that while most of the boards were useable, the edge that struck the ground was warped or broken on 1-2 boards per box. No sweat, we changed the layout of the floor so we could maximize those damaged as end boards and we continue with our project. As we were coming to the halfway point, I sent an email saying that we weren’t going to have enough and I’d give them a more exact number of replacements we’d need in a few days. We went back and forth with the emails and now Flooret is stating that since the shipping company didn’t note the exact number of boxes damaged (spoiler alert, it was almost all of them), they’d have a hard time filing a claim. They also want pictures of the full, unused damaged boards before they’ll issue any kind of replacement. We spent $4000, hours of time rearranging our floor layout and inspecting for damage. We need 3 boxes worth of replacement ($330) to adequately finish our project and it looks like that will not happen. TLDR, product is good, company is not.

My husband and I just had Flooret Kingswood installed on our entire first floor on a 45 degree angle, which opened up the entire space, as well as up our staircase. and we are thrilled with the results . The flooring is high quality with impressive detailing. The customer service at Flooret and at the Grapevine wareho,use were great to work wilth. We love our new floors!

In our old house we had a beautiful hickory floor that was destroyed by our amazing rambunctious 2 great Danes. So when we decided to build we knew a durable, water (slobber) proof floor that looked like wood was on the menu. We did some research and joined some building groups and I wasn't finding exactly what I was looking for. Until we came across flooret. I saw and ad and I loved the look. Sent it to my husband and the 40 mil wear layer caught my husband's interest. We ordered a few samples and we were hooked. We placed order for 3k sq ft + of flooring. We ran into a major hiccup in our building, let's say lawyers are involved. My husband actually spoke with a vice president of the company and he said " of course we will hold the floor for you just let us know when your ready. It was such a huge burden taken off our shoulders with all the other stuff happening at least this was 1 positive. Fast forward past the mess and we finally get to move in. My floors are amazing . I have no worries when the dogs come running until the house. I no longer cringe when they horse play. So many things can go wrong in a new house but this floor is not one of them!

I was interested in LVP, found Flooret, bought samples. I was impressed by the substantial feel of the signature line and having a 40 mil wear layer. We are building a retirement home, have a dog, and never want to have to address flooring again. We decided to do entire house in Ashford Signature. Had a pro do the install. He had no complaints about the product and his approach with sanding all seams on subfloor gave a perfectly smooth base. I am typically a do it yourselfer but for this house, I've been mostly hands off, looking to get it done in shortest time possible for a full custom build. We had 2150 sqft installed. I was completely happy with the interactions with Flooret and they look great, we'll just have to see on the durability. Very quiet to walk on. I will say that I see complaints about delivery. All I can say is those folkds did not do their due diligence. Flooret site has detailed info on curbside delivery including videos. It is a typical scenario for LTL trucking (less than full load ... semi-truck with your order mixed with others). You need to have a way to get from curbside to your house. For me, that was 1500 ft away and 3 pallets totaling 5000 lbs. I have a tractor with forks, so no problem. If you don't have, then you need to set up someone to do that for you. Freight carriers always call to set up a delivery date/time.

Ordered samples of the craftsman - better quality than other competitors. Will be buying more for my project in the future.

The samples were sent quickly, packaged nicely and were large enough to get a good idea of the design we wanted. Can't wait to get everything installed! (Going with Soho Signature)

Samples came fast, and the quality of their LVP products seems top notch. Online representives quickly answered questions I had about material used in the LVP floor products. The color selections are good and I quickly found one I liked. If I could find a professional installer for my town who is experienced with Flooret, I would order materials for my project install.

We laid Flooret flooring in my master bedroom, bathroom and bedrooms. Now i bought it all on clearance when they had significantly discontinued their commercial flooring so my flooring is a very unique color (which I love- I thought it would be too dark but it’s not) and the planks came in various widths and lengths which made installation more difficult. This was our first attempt at ever laying flooring & we choose a tough one. My son and I laid all the flooring and I’m not going to lie, it wasn’t easy. Some of the edges broke off (not many under 5 for all my spaces), it didn’t always want to lay perfectly flat, and it was hard to get a tight lock. However, I truly believe many of our issues were more related to user error vs a quality issue. We were afraid to hit the block too hard for fear of breaking the edges hence we have some areas where it is not locked tight. Yet some areas appear as if they are not locked tight yet we know they are. Installation became easier as we went on and gained more experience. As for how it wears— it’s been in for almost a year and I absolutely love it! The style I chose does not work for everyone but it worked beautifully for me. I have 4 big dogs German shepherds & 1 pit bull who have large, thick, heavy nails & shed like crazy and there is not one scratch on my floor! And that is saying something as they lay under my bed and can’t get out bc their nails have nothing to grab onto for leverage (they destroyed every carpet I laid down with their nails) so they dig and scratch the floors to get out- and not one scratch. Actually, furniture moving scratches the floor easier than my dogs- but even those marks wipe right off. Their hair is so easy to vacuum up with my Shark Stick Vacuum. Spills wipe right up- no problem. These dogs utterly destroyed the engineered hardwood floors that were only 4 yrs old when I moved in. I mean destroyed straight down to the subfloor but the Flooret flooring looks brand new a year later! My only recommendation; don’t lay underlayment if you don’t need it. I didn’t but added it to decrease the noise when the dogs walked on it. I bought the high end soundproof underlayment and it caused more problems than it’s worth. Without it, the floors laid much better and locked in tighter. Now I was just reviewing their website as I’m getting ready to lay flooring t/o my main house and I notice they now incorporate aluminum oxide in the top layer which I don’t know they did before- but that is a must have for any pet owner or parent of small kiddos. And I also love they are green guard certified. Personally, I highly recommend them. Customer service was top notch, delivery was quick and so far the quality is outstanding.

The story, product, timeline all absolutely amazing. My girlfriend and I were skeptical about the cost at first but once we started using our bathrooms again with the Modin floors we immediately knew we made the right choice. It just feels better than any other product we looked it. Worth!!!

Ordered some samples and they got here quick. Love the quality. Looking forward to ordering my flooring through Flooret!

Not only do I love the floor but I was super happy with the customer service for Flooret. The floor looks amazing and is so easy to keep clean (I got a spray mop that I can make my own cleaner with water, vinegar and a couple drops of dish soap). I used this floor in my entire house, including kitchen, main rooms, bedrooms, and bathrooms. It works well in all these settings. My contractor said it was very easy to install. There were some personal circumstances that made me have to put off getting the flooring delivered and customer service was so friendly and easy to work with. And then when it was time to get it delivered it came on time and even the driver was awesome and he helped me get it into my garage. Overall a fabulous experience
