New Age was slow, had insufficient communication, made promises they didn't keep, and delivered a product that was not quite up to the quality that I expected from seeing their website and talking to them initially to get a quote. We started the process in mid-November and still do not have a finished grill as of almost mid-March. We are able to use the grill, but we do not have the decorative stone installed, because they were not able to provide us an installer (as promised over a long period of time) for that part of the job. They did refund the stone installation charge, but now we are on our own to find an installer, and so far, no one will do the job for anywhere near the refund amount. If we had it to do over, we would not order from them. Very disappointed!

My customer service representative Tehreem Siddiqui was a pleasure to work with. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely patient with my multiple phone calls and many questions. He basically walked me through the items I was considering and even made several suggestions for substitution items from mine that met my requirements better than my own research. He gave me item numbers to pull up and review with him in real time. He also gave me a few discounts where he could that helped me reduce the price. I will likely have Tehreem work with me on designing and purchasing my outdoor kitchen as well. I would recommend. Before you go elsewhere to buy give Tehreem a try at 1-877-306-8930, Extension - #207 I highly recommend him and New Age

I entered into my order process with excitement. My outdoor kitchen is going to be a fabulous addition to my backyard paradise. I spoke with a sales/design representative and designed my outdoor dream kitchen. My promised delivery date was 15-20 days away. My family and I were beyond excited to receive our dream kitchen and be able to experience it for our summer activities. I excitedly placed the order and then the disappointments began. Soon as I paid the $22,000 for my kitchen my promised delivery date changed from 15-20 days to 34-38 days away (there goes half of our summer enjoyment). I immediately contacted my customer service rep and voiced my dismay. I was promised that he would do all he could to correct this and he would have the next customer service rep I was being assigned to contact me. That never happened. I had to call and inquire as to what was occurring with my order. I was then promised I would hear back via call and receive an email, which I did not. I then called again and spoke to another customer service rep that stated in order to meet the later promised delivery dates (34-38 days) they would have to ship my products from several different warehouses individually and I would have multiple deliveries. I stated its better than not having my products at all and being able to enjoy them. I was then promised I would receive a call or email as to my shipments being sent out. I patiently waited for the call or email. They never came. I then called again and spoke to a customer service rep and explained what I had been promised concerning shipping my order from multiple warehouses to get my products here. The customer service rep acknowledged my statement of the promise made to ship multiple shipments to expedite their arrival. Shortly after hanging up I received shipment confirmations via email. I felt my frustrations were about to end, my products were on their way. But to my dismay my frustrations continue. I track my order and I am being shown delivery dates now upwards of 50 days since my original promised delivery dates. My family's summer use and excitement has been lost. We will be lucky to get 2 weeks this year of summer use out of our dream kitchen. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

These are far from quality! These are so poorly made, you need 2 people to install shelves, one to push the bowed walls in while the other slides teh shelf in. The cabinet doors don't shut evenly, you need to use your feet and hands to close the cabinet doors. The cabinets are made poorly and def not a quality cabinet if you want quality. I am in the process for the past 3 weeks trying to return my set.

I asked about purchasing stainless steel cabinets, and the salesperson aggressively pursued me for a week to finalize the order. Upon ordering, I was assured the cabinets were available and would be delivered within 10 days. However, when I followed up for tracking information after 10 days, my queries were initially ignored. After numerous calls and emails, I received a brief reply stating that the cabinets were on backorder and would take 10 weeks. Eventually, when I did receive a shipping notification, it included the wrong cabinet, leading to further complications. Having dismantled my old kitchen cabinets in expectation of a 10-day delivery, my commercial kitchen has been unusable for an extended period. The situation was exacerbated by NewAge's poor communication and lack of transparency, making the experience even more frustrating. Would NOT reccommend.

I ordered NewAge's top of the line cabinets for my garage. That day NawAge charged my AMEX $3400. A couple of days later I get an email from NewAge saying the order was backordered but would be delivered in full 7 weeks later. 10 weeks later, nothing has been delivered and I haven't heard a peep from NewAge. I've sent them an email telling them to refund the full amount. Extremely disappointed with this company.

I gave 2 stars because the product is 5 star however the design service they offer and subsequent customer service when the design service processes the order is less than a 1 star. This is always a sad situation when you have an outstanding product that unfortunately does not live up to the brand expectation. In short I use their design services to design my $20,000 outdoor kitchen. As part of that we selected a grill, smoker, pizza oven to be placed in the kitchen of which I bought all products directly from New Age because then I was ensured that the cabinets would match and fit each of the products instead of saving money and purchasing even better branded appliances from additional sources. When all of the products finally arrived after seven weeks it was noticed that they sold me a in-cabinet mount pizza oven with a countertop mount pizza cabinet. Needless to say when I brought this to customer service attention they told me they would need to sell me the correct cabinet so that I can use my pizza oven from NewAge as I must have mislead their design services as to the intent of what I wanted? Honestly, when they recommended adding a pizza oven to the kitchen to have completeness, they never even discussed if the pizza had the option of sitting on top of the counter or being dropped into a cabinet similar to the grill for aesthetics. I think this is clear to everyone reading the mistake and shame on New Age for not owning up to their incorrect design.

I had a very positive experience working with New Age Products on a purchase of an outdoor stainless steel kitchen with BBQ and side burner. Their customer service person, Manoj was very helpful in the selection of products. He arranged for a video demonstration which was helpful in our decision. He worked with us to establish a delivery date that accommodated our build schedule. We are looking forward to the same quality execution in the delivery and installation of our cabinets in early spring of 2024.

Great product and support. Had one issue (Caused by shipping, not by newage), and they worked with me to resolve. Pro cabinets are defiantly heavy duty. Bold cabs are just fine, just not as heavy duty.
