Fantastic customer service by Omkar, one of their lead managers. We had a bit of trouble getting to a clear and correct design quote but on a single phone call he sorted everything out and we now have our kitchen on order. In terms of quality, while we don’t have our kitchen yet of course, our daughter and SIL have one of their kitchens and are very happy with it

Pathetic customer service. I asked for replacement of missing threaded Leveling Legs (4 Pack), and they sent me something random after more than a week's wait. What is that on the earth?Is that a customer service you expect after spending 1000s on their product? Avoid NewAge products!

We’ve had a fantastic experience with NewAge Outdoor Kitchen so far. Geepson was incredibly helpful during the design process — he really listened to what we wanted, recommended a better configuration than our original plan, and even saved us money. His expertise made us feel confident we were making the right choices. Rohan was equally outstanding and made the fulfillment process smooth and easy. He was responsive, professional, and a pleasure to work with. We did a lot of online research before choosing NewAge, and are very pleased with our decision. Based on everything we’ve seen so far, the quality and customer service have exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait for everything to arrive. Highly recommend NewAge if you’re considering an outdoor kitchen. Will update with pictures once install is complete!

We have purchased garage cabinets and outdoor furniture from New Age – the quality of their products is excellent. A recent experience with New Age only added to our high opinion of the company. A a leg to a piece of outdoor teak furniture was broken off during a recent move - making that piece of furniture unusable.. I contacted New Age and spoke to Sam Sabu, one of their Customer Service reps. He was very responsive to our predicament and sent us a replacement leg. Amazing Customer Service!

It is a month since the cabinets were ordered and still no contact on delivery, which was suppose to be the 19th, then 21-27, them Dec 1-3.. The dates continue to be pushed out. The NewAge customer service person has said 3x that they would check into the issue and get back to me the next day. 3x no response. They sent a random email offering $100 refund for the inconveniences. The workmen on the job site are gone now, so there will be additional headaches caused by this company.

Completely inflexible company. My original order was over $5000 so a 10% discount was applied. Then they took the discount away when i removed the $300+ faucet from the order upon the advise of my builder installer who the sink unit with sink and faucet would not work with him installing a stone countertop that surrounded the sink as well. Unfortunately, My best solution was to just get the sink unit but removed the faucet. Because my order dropped to $4900 as a result of this, the 10% was removed. I asked to speak to a supervisor to see if an exception could be made but the sale rep at a call center would not allow me to elevate the issue. He insisted i must order something else (i did not need ) to get the discount. I think this is a poor way to do business. It is manipulative of the customer. As a result, i will not be ordering from them again for my other house. And i will be telling my contractor who recommended them of this poor experience. I have not received my units yet so this is just a review of my customer service/sales experience. If you don’t mind inflexible service from a call center, this may work for you. I prefer a service oriented company personally.

Ordered garage cabinets, followed with outdoor kitchen cabinets. Quality products, delivered as promised, helpful customer service. Will order outdoor furniture set once in stock.

I don't know where to start. I ordered Cabinets, slat walls, and paid for white glove service. It took a while for the Cabinets to arrive. Once the delivery was set and the delivery company arrived, they refused to provide white glove service. The slat walls took a while to come. The company that delivered the slat walls did provide white glove service. This is the only part of the experience free of error. For the slat walls, I purchased installation. The installer scratched and/or marred nearly every panel. When the installer made cuts for the light switch and receptacle, it was a hack job. I was in contact with customer service along the way. They did assist at each point. I received a refund for the installation and new slat wall panels. When the new slat wall panels arrived, some pieces were damaged. I would not recommend this product. There is a disconnect between the starting location and the vendors that ship, deliver, and install, making the whole process extremely irritating.

New Age was slow, had insufficient communication, made promises they didn't keep, and delivered a product that was not quite up to the quality that I expected from seeing their website and talking to them initially to get a quote. We started the process in mid-November and still do not have a finished grill as of almost mid-March. We are able to use the grill, but we do not have the decorative stone installed, because they were not able to provide us an installer (as promised over a long period of time) for that part of the job. They did refund the stone installation charge, but now we are on our own to find an installer, and so far, no one will do the job for anywhere near the refund amount. If we had it to do over, we would not order from them. Very disappointed!
