Carpet Direct

I had carpet installed in my bedroom and was very happy. Having already decided on a high quality pad and a good quality carpet, the price was cheaper than expected so I upgraded the carpet to the best as well. I am very happy with the entire experience, every morning I walk on clouds until I leave my bedroom.

Horrible product. Horrible customer service. Would never use these people again for anything even if it was free. Worst flooring experience of my life. I question whether this is even a legitimate business, since calls are never returned and everything is secretive.

Absolutely incompetent. We agreed to have Carpet Direct refinish our hardwood floors so that we could sell our house and moved to our new house. On the day they were supposed to start, they called and said they had vehicle problems and didn’t know when they would be here. I question them about the details and could get no real answers. I asked about working Saturday to make up for lost time, ALVarro told me he wasn’t available, and none of his workers had identification or driver’s license and could get into my community. Ed Torrence from carpet direct was the one that took the order and was the principal in the communications. He had no alternatives, no solutions, and no help. He told me that he was simply the salesperson for the subcontractor he brought in to do the work and had no responsibility for their failure to arrive. We have terminated our arrangement with Ed Torrence and Carpet Direct and have found a competent and reliable company to perform the work. Do not use this company! Nothing they say can be relied on?
