Contracted Patti-Lynn to install Preverco Maple hardwood on our main floor replacing old carpet and dated hardwood in the kitchen. We had previously used another company to install the same maple hardwood on the second floor but decided for this project to try Patti-Lynn and we are so glad we did. Pricing was extremely competitive but the service from start to finish was far superior. They came to our house and double checked our measurements and had us order exactly the amount of wood required with only a small amount left over. The installation crew did an excellent job taking their time to complete a perfect install and match the wood up to some tricky transitions with our existing tile and kitchen cabinets and they left our house immaculate each day over the three day project. This is our fourth project installing hardwood over various houses and Patti-Lynn's team is the best I have ever worked with. I highly recommend working with Patti-Lynn's team. They are customer focused, precise, clean and a pleasure to work with. Don't be fooled by low prices/sq foot by other companies that then add on when it comes time to install. We learned to look at the entire project cost including installation and old flooring removal and Patti-Lynn's pricing ended up being the same as "lower cost" suppliers. I will definitely be using them again.

We purchased an investment condo and challenged Lindsay to recommend window coverings for all of the 5 very large windows- but with a practical budget. She was met and exceeded our expectations with attractive window coverings- wonderful colours and materials , but very functional and within our budget. She met our tight timeframe and we strongly recommend her expertise to others.

We had silk drapes and Hunter Douglas power Rise blinds installed and were very happy with the recommendations and the final product. Great advice and great service. From the consultation to the installation, We ended up having to have our windows replaced and of course the workmen arrived and one of the blinds failed to work., in a panic we called Lindsay and she dropped whatever she was doing and came over and got out her magic paper clip , got up on the ladder and fixed the problem...we were very impressed. We have since moved and have asked Lindsay to help us again in doing our windows. We cannot wait to see her ideas. We highly recommend Patti-Lynn Interiors.

Patti-Lynn knew what our large flooring project (kitchen, dining room, corridors and sunroom) needed right away. She recommended going from ceramic tile to a Luxury Vinyl Tile. I didn't know much about the product but trusted Patti-Lynn and boy was she right. We love our new floor! Patti-Lynn herself has a great eye and she really tapped into our taste. She also has a great team - at the shop and on the installation side of the things. It is a family business and they all care deeply about their work. They also have employees who clearly feel like part of the family, as they are equally dedicated to great service. The lead installer on our flooring project has been with them over 15 years. Not only does that speak to the expertise for the customer but also to the great team Patti-Lynn has built. You get what you pay for and I know I got great value with our new floor. I look forward to enjoying this floor for the next 20 years. (Unless I get bored of course.)

We have lived in Stouffville for many years and have always used Patti Lynn. We were in the midst of a kitchen reno, with Patti-Lynn doing the kitchen and hall flooring when we had a major flood in our house. This put the reno on hold and Patti and her staff could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Patti helped us while we were working with the insurance company and it took a lot of stress off of us. Then when we were ready to have the flooring done, she re-arranged the schedule to have our job done in a timely manner which we were so thankful.
