I had a phenomenal experience with AGS. The team is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I ended up getting the Bella Pietra. The team had a quick turnaround time for fabrication, and the installers were top notch. They reviewed every inch of the install with me to give me the confidence I need to be sure I knew everything was done properly. As someone who spent months researching for the best products and deals, I can say with confidence that AGS is the best in Tampa Bay.

We were updating our rental to sell. Needed new kitchen countertops. Did not want to go with granite, but did not want to break the bank for a resale, either. Bottom line, AGS Stone worked with us to get us a budget friendly quartz countertop. There was nothing "budget" about the consultation or the installation. EVERY attention to detail made as if this were a million dollar deal. We are repeat customers of AGS stone, having done a kitchen and later, two baths with them. This company is professional and the work is detailed and professional. They listen to you, take your budget into account and work with you to get the look you want. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to build or remodel.

We have hired AGS Stone for our kitchen countertops… twice! We loved our first countertops they installed, but 10 years later we had an unfortunate water leak that caused us to gut our kitchen and start again. We couldn’t be happier with the results! The staff of AGS Stone have always been wonderful to deal with and their work is exceptional. Everyone who sees our kitchen for the first time comments on the beautiful countertops. We highly recommend AGS Stone and know you won’t be disappointed!

We had the pleasure of working with AGS Stone & family to help us with our last home build. They were able to help us stay with-in budget and give us beautiful options for our whole home including cabinets, counter tops, tile, sinks & faucets, hardware and fire place ledge stone. Any issues were met with professional and care. They went above and beyond to provide a great customer service. We plan to use them as well in the coming months for another build.

I should have written this months ago. AGS Stone did my kitchen countertops in January 2020. I was very anxious about making my selection. I went to multiple different places before going into AGS. I knew the look I wanted, but everyone told me not to put marble in my kitchen if I actually use it. Jackie is the only person that I visited that really took time to send with me and discuss pros and cons of each. She wanted to educate me. I went with marble and do not regret it. Thank you Jackie for taking time to actually talk and listen to me. They made the process so easy during a time I was having difficulty with the contractor. They even came out to measure again to make sure there was no miscommunication. I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

AGS Stone falls into a category of its own. The best service and quality we've had with ANY company through our years of repairs and upgrades on our home. And the price was unexpected for the quality. They are friendly and professional. Gave advice we found helpful and used. Our countertop is absolutely beautiful. We chose Nevaska granite. This stone has movement and can be hard to matchup. Jose and another installer did such a beautiful job you can't see the seams. We highly recommend AGS for all your projects. No matter how small they make you feel your project is the most important. Thank you Jackie, Kathy, Alex, Jared and Jose. We will use you again. Feel we've made friends for life. We absolutely love our countertop!

Can't imagine finding any better company to work with. Top of the line for workmanship, employees, products, ideas, communication and service. Fairly priced on top of it all. Sometimes the proof of having an excellent company to work with is their response when "things don't go right". An "L shaped" piece of granite cracked during installation. AGS took care of the situation beautifully. Two days later a newly fabricated piece was installed at no extra cost to us. I'm certain they lost money on our project, but all they did was apologize over and over for us being inconvenienced (and we really weren't). Highly recommend.

We are very happy with our new countertops from AGS. Our first visit was with Becky and she was wonderful! She took us to look at some larger pieces of granite to help make our decision a little easier. It worked and we love everything! We had a few questions along the way and Alex always emailed or called us back right away. If your looking for a company who trustworthy and friendly, you need to call AGS!!

AGS stone did a fabulous job in providing us with a new kitchen counter top. Alex Rogers took quite a bit of time showing us different stone products and explaining the process they go through to create the counter top for the homeowner. The person that did the template was very professional and explained the process and made recommendations for the installation. Installation was quick and clean, install crew was very nice and very clean, the rip out of the old counter top was done with out any mess. The install went very well - we are very pleased with the new counter top and the relationship we had with AGS Stone.

We hired them based on reviews, which did not align with our experience. No matter the feedback will be you the customer's fault Template was wrong and had to cut into my expensive vanity to "make it work" or wait 3-5 weeks more. Their response was they set the template up as standard even those the guys on site stated the template guy never installed before so makes mistakes often Never communicated. I had to call and call and call to get progress Never called back when leaving messages then claims I've never called Best of luck

I have attempted to contact Mr. Biber to discuss his concerns and he refused to take my call. Instead, he has decided to write negative reviews on Houzz and Facebook. Mr. Biber's post contains a number of inaccuracies. A modification was made to his vanity cabinet to accept an undermount sink. This modification is not seen and does affect the structural integrity of his cabinet. Mr. Biber inspected the project when completed and signed our inspection report stating everything was completed to his satisfaction. The template technician has over ten years of experience as both an installer and template technician. Please take the opportunity to read other reviews on Houzz, Angies List and Google. While it is likely Mr. Biber will leave a review on each site, I ho[e that you will take the opportunity to read the preponderance of thoughtful reviews that are fair and balanced. We do not always get everything right. However, as the owner, I can assure you that we make every effort to ensure that our customers are satisfied when our work is complete. In this particular case, we were unsuccessful.

Great experience working with everyone at AGS . Everyone was very friendly and helpful . Such an easy process from start to finish . I am very happy with my new kitchen counter tops and sink. I will be a return customer for sure when it's time to remodel my bathrooms.
