WOW - What a team effort!! Our Consultant, Teri Cheramy, and our Installer, Rick Denu were great! Teri took her time to educate us on the different types of carpeting available and offered ideas on colors and styles too. Our original choice would have been completely wrong with the paint color we chose, so we're so glad Teri suggested taking the other sample she thought might work better just to check - she was right, it was perfect! We were under some time-constraints because we wanted the installation to take place prior to moving in, so imagine our disappointment when we found out the carpet wasn't available in-house. Teri immediately started making calls, tracked down what we needed, and had it delivered in time for the installation. Rick went out of his way to pick up the carpeting as soon as it arrived in-house and did a fabulous job getting it installed. We're thrilled with the results and would highly recommend working with Teri Cheramy and Rick Denu at Coyle Carpet One!

I would like to thank the staff at Coyle carpets for their friendliness and especially Monica who was so nice and took the time and had patience to work with us to find the right carpeting for our space. We had a last minute need to replace carpet in a bedroom before a move and Nicole S. was amazing! She helped us pick the perfect carpet and was able to get us on the schedule through a last minute opening just in time for our move. I manage two apartment communities in Middleton and we have used Coyle Carpet for many years now. Nicole is our contact person and you just can't ask for a nicer person to work with. She has helped us out many times in emergency situations. I have dealt with many staff members from Coyle during our job. Dennis will come and measure the job and check things out -he's so friendly. Mel schedules the installs and she too has helped us out when we need an emergency carpet install and I know she has a lot of juggling to do to put our job into the mix. The installers are so nice and clean up the job site (kudos to all of them). We are so lucky to have such a professional team take care of our flooring needs.

We worked with Teri Cheramy and she was very helpful with us in picking out the flooring. She also came over to measure an area that the installer forgot to measure and pointed out some things that might not be doable but the installer was great and got it worked out. Overall a great experience.

Was comparing information about carpet from another carpet supplier with my salesperson at Coyle. (Being very respectful of the conversation) The salesperson at Coyle carpet told me he had been on the phone for 11 minutes now and was a busy man ( with attitude). That made me feel like I had no value as a customer. Extremely upsetting! Extremely poor customer service!

Poor transparency on the estimate, over ordered quantity and made us pay for it - AND left a entire room full of carpeting for us to dispose of. Shoddy installation. Overall a bad experience.

She went out of her way to assist me with a rush order, and to coordinate with the installation department while working within our budget to ensure the best possible materials for the money. After our experience, I referred my sister to them as well. It is so rare to find such dedication to service these days. I highly recommend them for any remodeling and flooring needs.

They installed the carpeting in my living room. Everyone there did an excellent job. They are all very friendly and professional. The price was good and the carpet looks great.

Deann Noeding did an absolutely outstanding job for us on our new construction of a dream lake home. Her attention to detail was wonderful.She worked with me to produce the design I wanted. The representatives at Coyle carpet were professional and helped us do a complete remodel of a home we purchased. I worked with Coyle Carpet (mostly with Bobbi and Anika) when we were building our home. We had a great experience with something that can often be very stressful. They took time helping us pick out cabinets, flooring, countertops, etc. We did not feel rushed and they were very helpful when we would get "stuck" and had a hard time making decisions.
