The Installation was terrible. One outlet I can not place a plate over it because the backsplash is uneven, The outlet nearest to it the backsplash is lower. See the gap in the pictures. Yes, they acknowledge removing the old countertop may cause some damage. Yes, considerable more than expected. Plaster fell all into the cabinets into pots and pans, Under the overhang high bar is unsightly with black shams to support the counter. I didn't have these prior. For 8k I expected better. Robert, the manager says it is in the contract damage can result, they are not responsible. As a nurse, can you imagine if I said I am not responsible for my actions. This was a large expense for me and I am disappointed.

Tile & Stone had just the soapstone we wanted in stock - copper highlights running through the black & white soapstone. We needed it to tie into the copper fixtures. The stone, fabrication and installation exceeded all our expectations. Installation crew could not have been more accommodating. Meticulous care with every joint. While soapstone is not inexpensive, we believe we received a very fair price. Both the experience and installation were seamless. Molto bene!

This is the best tile store in the area. We looked in Sarasota and found the same old same old....but Natural Stone had the most fabulous stone and the most reasonable prices of all the stores we went to. The variety of selection and the quality of their stone was so impressive that we immediately knew this is the place. The sales staff, manager, and installers treated us life royalty. They have their own factory and skilled cutters that do perfect work. I'm grateful I found them and would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

I ordered tile and paid more than I would have at another tile store because i was told that the way the tile was made no two pieces would be the same. After the tile was installed I noticed that many of the tiles had exactly the same design and some of them were side by side which was what i was trying to avoid. I called Becky and told her that i was not happy with job. She told me that she would check on the information they had and would have someone get back to me. No one ever called back.

DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR GRANITE This company made picking granite fun, exciting and hugely satisfying. We were able to pick out the slab we wanted and Becky spent all the time in the world with us trying to lay out the rough measurements we brought. She did not once hesitate when we wanted to see other slabs behind the one we liked - she had them moved with their amazing slab lifter. The crew came out and templated our project and we went back to Becky to lay the templates out exactly where we wanted them on our slab. Because we had such a crush on our granite, we came back to visit our granite a couple of times and we were never made to feel we were a pain. We struggled with our backsplash tile and Becky came up with the best solution. The installation went flawlessly and we were astounded at how much we adored our granite. It was also much more affordable than we had expected. They did not nickel and dime us and sincerely wanted us to be happy with the final result - and we were. Thank you team. We would never let our friends go anywhere else!!!!

With over 40 years of experience, I am Super, Super Picky concerning design, fabrication and installation of natural stone. Marco's design for 54 sq feet, 3cm, Dolce Vita Exotic level using 2 book end slabs is simply stunning! Francesco's fabrication and sink cutout is absolutely perfect--best I have ever seen. The removal of the old and the installation off the new was flawless. And Becky was able to work around our schedules and give us an install date that was perfect for us. Our island is now a work of art! Overall this has been our very, very best experience ever! You will find others cheaper--we looked at 11 other companies--BUT there is absolutely no one better, and their showroom is magnificent. Bottom line: "The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten" my father used to say...and it remains very true. Every time my wife now looks at her island counter top she shakes her head and smiles with delight and deep gratitude for a job remarkably well done! THANK YOU to EVERYONE at Tile & Stone of Italy!
