Here at Archadeck of Chester County, we deliver the service and community commitment of a local, family-owned business backed by the strength of a parent company that has built over 75,000 incredible outdoor structures since 1980. Our office here in West Chester has been thriving for seven years, and is still going strong! We offer you the benefit of a professional design expert that will custom design your project to complement your home, suit your personal tastes and meet your exact needs for functionality.We proudly serve, but are not necessarily limited to, communities in and around Chester and Delaware County. We invite you to call for a free design consultation. At your consultation we’ll show you past projects, discuss your needs and tastes, explain your construction material options (including the new, low-maintenance wood alternatives), talk about costs, and measure and photograph your home/lot. Or for the low cost of $99, we can come out and perform a full safety inspection if you happen to own an existing deck and are concerned about it's condition. The design consultation is completely free and you are under no obligation to hire Archadeck. Should you decide to move forward after your free design consultation, we will custom design your building plan. You will still not be under any obligation to hire us as your builder until you approve your plan and sign your contract. Of course, once you do sign that contract, you will be protected by two separate guarantees, constituting the most expansive customer protection plan in the industry. And local oversight assures your property and privacy are respected. We attend to every detail from securing any needed building permits to final cleanup. Juan and his team at Archadeck are amazing people to work with. They built our back deck in the summer of 2019 and then in April 2020 put a beautiful roof over it. We live out there now! It's like having an extra room on the house! The quality and style of both projects surpassed what we were expecting. As soon as my brother saw our new outdoor living space, he immediately called Juan to talk about a backyard project at his house:) I 100% recommend Archadeck. They care about their work and their customer's dreams. Ours certainly came true!

Archadeck of Chester County is the greatest! Juan went above and beyond to meet our special requests. Elam, the head carpenter, is a highly skilled master carpenter whose work is amazing. Sammy very ably works along with him. Angel, also skilled, has an excellent eye for color. All of the crew are very knowledgeable and eager to please. Visitors cannot get over how beautiful our deck is!

We can’t say enough about Juan and his crew. We recently hired them to build a deck and patio and couldn’t be happier with the result. From the initial consultation through the final walk through, we never felt pressured to chose a certain path. The level of craftsmanship exceeded our expectations and we would recommend them highly to anyone. From start to finish, communication was excellent and we consistently felt at ease, with all our questions and concerns answered in a timely manner, if not anticipated in advance. When we had a last minute request that went beyond the initial scope of the project, Juan did not hesitate to accommodate our needs. We plan to redo our front porch in the near future and we look forward to using Juan again for what is sure to be another amazing transformation.

We couldn't be more pleased with our new deck. We have received many compliments on the design which beautifully complements our home, an existing pool and a new backyard landscape. Juan is a real pro - knowledgeable and easy to work with. He made the whole process -- from design through construction - simple for us and coordinated well with our landscape contractor. Juan's crew is top notch - skillful, efficient and courteous. When the job was done, they removed all construction debris and left our yard in perfect condition. Best of all, from start to finish our deck was completed in about five days - on budget and in time to meet our deadline for a family get together.

Juan and his team did an awesome job building our new deck and screened porch! They started on time and kept the site clean and neat through the entire job. Juan answered all of our questions and actually came in below the estimated cost after he found a cable railing system that we loved for significantly less than the one we had initially picked. We had a large deck that was old and had to be replaced. We consulted Archadeck, based on the reviews and the fact that they have installed decks using ipe hardwood, which is what we desired. Mr. Juan Cardona from Archadeck came up with several beautiful designs and we settled with a combined ipe deck and wet-laid flagstone patio and walkway in the back of our house and replaced the front walkway with dry-laid flagstone. The installation crew members were extremely professional, polite, paid a lot of attention to detail and high quality and worked with a lot of pride and passion. The project was finished on time and we now have a beautiful ipe deck and flagstone patio and walkway. We couldn't be any happier with the whole outcome. Mr. Cardona was always courteous, professional and accessible throughout the whole process and I very highly recommend Archadeck of Chester County.
