It provides a wonderful first impression, creates a pleasant outdoor space in which to play, relax and entertain and it definitely provides an additional curb appeal with a resulting increase in your property's value. We can help you build the outdoor space of your dreams. We will work closely with you to explore all considerations when designing an outdoor living space that will accommodate all your family's needs and dreams. We will develop an original concept from scratch or will work from your plans whether professionally created or sketched on a napkin. Our goal is provide you with a beautifully functioning outdoor paradise that suits you perfectly. Our design and installation professionals will help you to transform your yard from ordinary to extraordinary. We only use nursery-grown shrubs, trees and plants and maintain tight quality control on all products we install. Finally, we want you to know we can develop a landscape design for any budget. We can design projects to be installed in several phases to help you moderate your investment. Ask us about multi-phased designs and we'll be happy to help develop a comfortable plan for you.

I hired True North to build a fence on a cliff garden and also to create stone pathways so I could access the area to garden. Attached are the before and after results. Despite the geographical challenges, True North transformed the front of my home. I could not have been more pleased.

True North built a new deck for us. We felt that the price was fair, the staff was friendly and the job site was always kept clean. The job was very well done with excellent attention to detail and we were always given the opportunity to provide input and/or recommend changes throughout the project. I had my front and back yards redone last spring which included ripping out old sods and top layer of soil, installing new sods and laying down a new stone patio. Emilio gave me a very competitive price on the project. He and his crew did an excellent job completing the project pretty well on time. The only thing I wish True North also does is flower bed design so everything is turnkey.

I don't often write reviews, but I was extremely pleased with this project. Our family hired Emilio to completely restore our backyard. It was a mess of mud, weeds, bramble, and bamboo (truly, the bamboo was a terror...inching its way across the entire yard). I found True North Landscaping online and researched the website. Emilio is a family man from North Van and landscaping is his passion. We liked him at the very first meeting. He and his wonderful crew transformed our yard into scalloped gardens, gorgeous grass, and a beautiful stone patio - all of this within a reasonable budget. We are thrilled with our new oasis. He is honest and professional - very thoughtful - a conscientious person always wanting to make sure his clients are happy. We had an excellent experience every step of the way. Thanks to Emilio and his fabulous crew!

Our old lawn was weedy and looked terrible. Emilio and his guys took out the old lawn and a dead tree, and then we put in a drainage and irrigation system. He then put in a nice curved pathway and some other walking stones. He got us a new fence, put down fresh soil and turf, and some new trees. He basically completely redid the exterior of our house. We have dealt with many contractors throughout our renovations, and Emilio stood out as one of the best ones. Throughout the process we found him professional, reliable, and with high standards. His pricing was reasonable and the value was very good. We recommend Emilio to anyone with a similar project. David & Michelle

We decided to update our front and back yard in early 2015. We hired a friend who was a landscape designer to come up with a design. When we asked him for a quote to actually do the work we were astounded by the price so we went out and got two more quotes. Emilio's quote had the best price and was also the most thorough. He took the time to listen to what we wanted and provided an accurate quote. Throughout the summer of 2015 Emilio and his team worked diligently on our yard reno through some seriously hot days! He was open to changes as we went along and provided regular updates on progress and budget. We really enjoyed working with Emilio and his team and would not hesitate to hire them again.

Front and Backyard Landscaping Job...... We contacted Emilio in late May 2015 to get a quote for a complete refacing of the entire property, re-design of the front yard, prep side portion of the house for basketball / street hockey, prep area for vegetable beds, new fence with retaining wall, re levelling of rear yard with new sod. Emilio was really easy to deal with, provided a quote in short order that both myself and my wife believed to be fair which resulted in us not feeling like we needed to reach out and get a second quote. Emilio provided an estimated start date for the job based on his current commitments and he delivered on that date. Once the project started he was completely flexible and accommodating to changing on the fly as we made a few adjustments during the project. We are really pleased with the end result and after the job was complete we had plenty of compliments made by not only friends but strangers who happen to walk past the property. Without hesitation we would recommend True North Landscaping for any of your landscaping needs... Thanks Emilio Rob and Lee

True North Landscaping completed a front yard renovation for us in August/September, 2015. We found the company to be professional, organized and reliable. Emilio Bottiglieri went out of his way to understand our vision and suggest materials and ways to approach our project; he was great at keeping in touch throughout the process and we would not hesitate to use his company again.

With 2 dogs, the back yard was a mud pit. Emilio accessed the situation, made recommendations and most importantly, listened to my concerns and stayed within budget. The project was completed in a timely manner and to my completed satisfaction. I would highlyrecommend True North Landscaping.

We used True North Landscaping to add privacy hedging to both the front and rear of our house as well as building a custom cedar fence and gate on the east side of our property. Emilio was great to work with, he has excellent communication with his clients. For example, Emilio was testing ideas we had for the fence he would do the test, take a photo and send it to me for feedback as he was working. The results were exactly what we wanted. The work was completed quickly and on budget, we are very happy with his work, I would definitely recommend True North Landscaping with 100% confidence.
