Having worked in the trades for over 25 years it's refreshing to be working with BKS Design Build. Their commitment to the building process is rare. The clients finished project is their primary concern through out the building process. They are diligent on reducing cost and construction time, during both the bidding phase and actual construction. That being said the clients finished project is not compromised but benefits from the close attention BKS gives their projects. Out of all of the decisions we made when building our home, working with Brock at BKS Design and Build was the best decision of them all! Brock's attention to detail, eye for design, and incredible architect skills made this project not only easy but fun! When we first started the drawing and dreaming part of building our home, Brock listened very carefully to our hopes and dreams for not just our home but what kind of life we wanted to live in that home. Along the way, Brock fought hard to make our dreams happen and we couldn't be more pleased! As the build out started, it was clear that BKS Design and Build consistently worked hard and had the highest level of craftsmanship. Everything that was built in our home was not only built incredibly well but Brock made a point to do it right the first time, every time.
