We contacted Duncan Frazier to help with a main floor remodel of our home. We loved the design their team came up with and the reasonable price! They did a great job! We are so happy with our home(we have been living in the remodeled home about a year now)! Duncan Frazier handled the remodel all the way from demolition to finish work. Duncan Frazier did a great job finishing our remodel on time and within our budget! They were available any time we had questions, and we would not hesitate to do business with them again!

The Duncan Frazier team has been great to work with from the very beginning! We are finishing our basement and they are bringing our vision to life which is so exciting. Everything has been done in a timely manner and the people are all extremely nice. We loved the virtual reality experience with them where we got to see what everything would look like when it is finished. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family and will be reaching out to them for any future projects and renovations!

Duncan Frazier built our home and finished it in 2021. We had an amazing experience working with Jay and his attention to detail and creative input. We added multiple items and rooms to our home that we had no idea were possible at such an affordable price ie. bonus room above garage and extra bedroom above garage and theater and storage below the garage. We added almost 1,000 extra square feet for Pennie’s on the dollar. Thank you again! We absolutely love our home!

Duncan Frazier has been incredible to work with! The design process is so cool with the 3D walkthrough, it really helps you to get a feeling of your space. Every worker from start to finish that Jay has sent to into our home has been kind and professional, I have never felt uncomfortable and that has been so nice since a majority of our work was done on the main floor. If I ever had any issues or saw something that needed to be fixed it was taken care of in a timely manner. I feel like the communication of when workers will be over is very good. I also really like that everyone wears a Duncan Frazier t-shirt or sweatshirt, it help me feel safe letting people into my home. My overall experience is a 5+ star review! Can’t wait to work with them again on our next project!

Duncan Frazier is the complete home improvement company. From initial design to completion, we felt like we were in good hands. Our finished product is exactly what we previewed via virtual reality technology. In a difficult time with supply chain issues, the Duncan Frazier team was able to work with the suppliers and effectively communicate on our behalf. Each of the different subs we worked with were experts and did fantastic work. The cabinet trim, tile work, and flooring was expertly installed and is always noticed by our friends and neighbors. I would definitely recommend Duncan Frazier to my closest friends and family.
