My wife and I just completed a complete kitchen remodel which we are thrilled with. First, a little background on the project. This is our first home project of this size. We wanted to upgrade everything in our kitchen (cabinets, countertops, appliances, backsplash, lighting) and move around several kitchen components (range, sink, lighting, island extension). We met with Kyle Foley late last year to walk through the project. Kyle was very helpful in setting expectations regarding the type of project we were undertaking and the work that would need to be done. He spoke plainly and really understood what we were trying to accomplish. I thought he was particularly helpful facilitating decisions my wife and I needed to make regarding the scope of the project. As we moved through the process of seeing and deciding upon all of the materials for the projects, we enjoyed working with the vendors that Foley Companies recommended. They were all top-notch professionals who each cared very much about our requirements and preferences. They showed us great options and really helped us to quickly make some important decisions. Right before project start, we met with Shawn Foley who served as our project manager. Shawn brought a great mix of professional experience with a very personal touch. He tailored the project around our family schedule and was always amenable when we had specific availability or work requirements. The team of contractors that worked on the project were all extremely friendly and professional. They went out of their way to accommodate us during the project and their work was exceptional. Such great attention to detail. For a project with a lot of moving parts, I never felt overwhelmed as Shawn kept good communication throughout. Last week, Shawn turned our kitchen over to us. It was a true transformation and we couldn't be happier. So, in summary, Foley Companies completed a total kitchen upgrade within 30 days (right on schedule), meeting all of our requirements and, more importantly, exceeding our expectations. They were extremely friendly and professional throughout. We are happy to recommend them to others!

Foley Development Group was hired to plan out and build a house for my family. From developing our land, designing a house to fit our needs to finishing the house to a tee... Ready for us to move in. It was as painless a process as one could hope.

Foley Construction built us a loft in 1995. Foley Development did repairs, renovations and remodels to kitchen, dry wall, and storm water leakage.

Extensive outside and inside remodel of home. Addition of a great rom, laundry room and three car garage. Extensive stonework on outside, redo of all interior rooms in exception of previously remodeled kitchen. Rooms combined, upstairs changed.

In working with us to finalize our plan, Foley improved the design with good suggestions without promoting their preferences over our choices. They provided all aspects of our project - from demolition of the building on our lot, to site prep, to final delivery of the completed home including landscaping. They laid out clear time lines for project progression including when we needed to finalize decisions, project milestones and payment schedules.
