Have totally ghosted us. We were set to start a project with them. All of the plans were drawn up ,went over the budget and haven’t heard from them for over 3 months. I would not recommend them.

I have used Palm Brothers twice once for a kitchen remodel and then again for my new condo for two bathrooms. As a realtor I recognize the value of an excellent remodel versus a basic one. I subsequently sold my last condo just recently for the highest price ever received in the last ten years. You can save yourself the cost of hiring a designer as Melissa who works in the showroom has exquisite taste and will work within your given budget. I wouldn't use anyone else!

I recommend Palm Brothers to my clients for the remodel of their 3 million dollar condo. As thier Interior Designer I was responsible for the project in the owners absence. In my 29 years of working in Naples doing countless projects with to many contractors to count this was by far the best experience I have had. The process went smoothly and was done to an extremely high level of professionalism. They made my job much easier and my clients are absolutely thrilled with the gorgeous finished project. Everything went smoothly there were a few bumbs but all projects have them. The big difference was that they fixed them so quickly that it didn't affect the process. It was done on time and in budget even though it was an ambitiously short time frame. Other units in the same building with an equal amount of work being done by other contractors were not finished by the buildings deadline. Palm Brothers did what the others seemed unable to. I look forward to doing many more projects with them and will recommend to all my clients to use them. They are definitely my "A" team from now on. Sincerely, Johnathan. At the Palm Brothers Showroom I was impressed with their selections and their knowledge of construction issues. I decided to give them a try, and found that the innovative design that I now have, the products used, the attention to detail, the workmanship are all outstanding. The project was done on time and in budget. They are now my go to company for remodeling. It was a treat working with the owners; Melissa in the showroom, Brandon with the architectural design, and Marcus the Superintendent of the project. All members of the Palm Bros team were terrific. Melissa was invaluable in helping us make selections. Brandon was great at listening to our dreams for the remodel and designing the space. Marcus on site was always accommodating, professional and precise. When we had an issue ( and there were only a couple), he immediately made it right. We would definitely recommend Palm Bros and have already done so!

Working with Palm Brothers was great from the first day to the last. Their designer listened to our needs and offered some "forward thinking" ideas. Not just offering what was popular now, but offering what the trends are for the future. All of the workers were professional, friendly and tidy. They performed high quality work, came in under the estimated timeline and on budget. Cannot say enough good things about this company.

They made it easy on my wife in helping her pick and choose items for the various decisions she needed to make with having many things in their showroom to choose from. When the remodel actually started, they stayed in constant contact to keep us updated on the progress since we were not in town. BI apologize for not reviewing sooner! We were totally pleased with the renovations of our 2 full bathrooms. Melissa Palm was a wonderful and comforting source of helpful suggestions. Their showroom is lovely and makes the whole decorating process much easier. The Palm Brothers, Brandon and Marcus, did a fabulous job. We had returned home for the summer and when we returned to Florida in the fall we had beautiful new bathrooms. The whole condo was immaculate which was very important to me, having heard horror stories from others who used different contractors. The few minor things that needed to be corrected were done so quickly. I would highly recommend Palm Brothers to anyone!

The Palm Brothers renovated a beachfront condo for us. They literally gutted the place and rebuilt it. They were true professionals every step of the way. Brandon actually had a game-changing floor plan idea. And my wife loved designing the space with Melissa. They were on time (amazing), on budget and a pleasure to work with. The craftsmanship was superb. The biggest compliment that I can offer is that they took on a big job, with long distance owners, which could have been problematic and made it painless. We'd absolutely use them again.
