We hired this company to renovate and remodel our Art Gallery located at Davenport Road. It is a fine art gallery and we wanted to make sure we get a final product with full attention to the details. Thankfully the result was what we expected and the whole renovation process ended up being shorter than what the Agreement had asked for.

This project is near and dear to my heart. This project was for my forever home. I did a lot of research and I took my time settling on the right person/company for the job. I had never met Amir before and I had no history with Quasar trend. I simply started out on HomeStars, reading reviews and doing whatever research I could, and finally, after meeting with other companies and getting other estimates, I settled on Quasar Trend Inc. I am certain that I made the best decision. Now I have a forever home with the big and little things done just right to show for it. What I know now is that a project of this size doesn't have to feel overwhelming. You need to trust the team you hire and trust is easy when it comes to Amir and his team. From the first walk through of my home, Amir displayed a confidence and a level of knowledge that stood out. He manages the work and only works with A list tradesmen. Every professional that came to work on my home was courteous and all of them did excellent work. All of my contractor friends and other trades who came and went raved about the quality of the work at every step of the way. We did a FULL GUT of a home I purchased and topped it all off with some landscaping and other outdoor finishes. Amir was there at every step of the way to help me make the best decisions possible. I really appreciated his standard of excellence and even when something wasn't done just right, I found myself more willing to settle than Amir was. That is an invaluable characteristic in a project manager! He routinely spoke up to ensure that the finished product would exceed my expectations and it has. Price wise, I found Amir to be fair. There are cheaper contractors where you get what you pay for and more expensive ones that maybe only service the rich. I routinely shopped around for independent bids and always found Amir's pricing to be fair. He gave me my tasks in a timely fashion to make sure there were no delays and I MOVED IN RIGHT ON SCHEDULE as we planned. I did a large renovation of my first home years ago and it was hard. It was a budget contractor and things went way past the deadline. This time, of all the things that could go wrong - - so many things went so well. I recommend Amir and his team WITHOUT RESERVATION. I tell him all the time that I am thrilled I chose him and that he agreed. My kids and I are forever grateful.

Amir and his crew were great to work with. The work happened quickly and was excellent in quality. The result was a large and beautiful fence that encloses our unique lot perfectly.

Quality wise house is outstanding also they gave me guarantee for a year. they fixed any part or item in the house immediately in the guarantee period and still after two years they fix or repair the house if I needed any at very good professional managership. I can not begin to express how extremely satisfied with the renovation which Quasar Trend did for me. Amir and his team are were very reliable, and completed it on time, which is very unusual these days. The quality of the team is superior to many that I have seen and I have received so many complements from friends on the high level of craftmanship and skill. The vendors which he recommended were also amazing with their products and services. The follow-up is just as impressive and a very slight imperfection a few months later was dealt within hours, which again is above and beyond expectations. I know him based on my involvement with him in two jobs. I found him very professional, focus and pleasant to work with. One thing that I can say about him is his honesty toward client and trades which these days is very hard to find, also his is completely in control of deadlines/budgets. When you mix his honesty & ability to deliver the job on time and budget, that translate to big saving and peace of mind at the end of project for client.
