We are very pleased to have hired Stew Mayer of SM Designbuild to update and remodel our kitchen. Stew guided us through the entire process, from design to installation. His construction team was top notch and always a pleasure to have working in our home. They took great pride in the quality of their work and really paid close attention to the details. We kept close to our original plans but when slight adjustments were made, Stew worked with us to help us to achieve our vision. SMDesignBuild recently completed a full master bath remodel for us. Stew, his head supervisor, Mark, and all of the subs were wonderful to work with...clean and meticulous. From designing, to picking out materials, to installation SMDesignBuild was first rate. When slight issues came up (as have with every remodel we have done!) Stew and Mark found the solutions quickly and without drama. We are exacting customers and Stew, Mark and the subs patiently and diligently met our needs. Our master bath is now absolutely as beautiful and perfect as we envisioned it thanks to SMDesignBuild.

I am extremely impressed with the professionalism, creativity, cleanliness, and workmanship of SM - designbuild. They worked with me through ongoing changes, met and exceeded all my expectations and came in under budget. Very pleasant to work with, and unlike other companies I have worked with, all workers showed up every day. We had some issues with Windows we had ordered and SM held the supplier accountable and the problems were quickly addressed. I would highly recommend.

My wife and I hired SM-designbuild to do a whole kitchen remodel in our home. It involved tearing the kitchen down to the studs, moving and reconfiguring a couple of walls and installing a new cabinetry footprint. SM-design build took us from the concept phase, through the architecture planning and drawings and all the way through construction. We are very happy with the finished product that was delivered. All the construction was top notch quality with an attention to detail that you won't normally find. We had a few minor bumps along the way (as to be expected in a large remodel). My wife and I both work from home and lived in the house during the remodel, SM-design build went the extra mile to ensure the noise, dust, and mess were kept to a minimum so that we could continue to work.
