“My husband and I really enjoyed working with All Phase. They were professional, well organized, clean, and timely. We were first impressed with the detail summary of our project, which broke down every inch of the project and had all our requests we had talked about in person. We were also impressed with the communication within the company. We emailed with Heather and Lyle, but communicated at times with the onsite foreman, Mike, and we found they kept each other in the loop, along with the other specialties (electricians, drywall, painters etc). We always felt like everyone was on the same page at all times. Everyone kept the work sight clean, and showed up exactly when they said they would. We chose Giraffe Design Build to design and execute extensive remodeling of our 1950’s era ranch home, including a new roof with 3-foot overhangs in the Prairie style, and a new porch, entrance way, dining room and kitchen. He has been extremely careful in making sure that he has captured our vision of how we want our remodeled space to appear.
