I will never shop here again. Worst customer service ever. Quality was less than par as well. We ended up going elsewhere.

Maria and Chuck did a pretty good job on helping us pick Regency gas insert and getting it installed, especially during COVID. The issue is service after the sale. I contacted Maria on October 19, 2022 due to our unit not staying lit. The unit was still under the two-year warranty until November 5, 2022 and Maria assured me that the work would be completed and covered by the warranty. Over the next two months I repeatedly called and emailed both Maria and Chuck and was told I was a "PRIORITY" customer, and they would put me on the schedule "Next Week". I have been given the excuse that they have health issues that do not allow them to service customers. I can understand this impacting the business for a couple of weeks, but nearly three months? Maria informed me that they did not want to send out a technician that was not certified to work on a Regency. How about hire and send someone to school? Well, it has been 11 WEEKS and at no time have they reached out to me to schedule a service call. As bad as I hate to give a business, especially a small family business, a bad review. Here it is "I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSWHERE!"

They added a beautiful fireplace insert that fit the existing shape perfectly. Would recommend to anyone looking to convert their woodburning fireplace to gas.

We purchased our fireplace gas insert last November . It has not been completed. It has not been inspected. However, it DOES have our gas line hooked up to it since the end of April. And the owner has not been returning my attempts to contact her. I had to list a completion date... but IT HAS not been completed.

Aspen Green Gasworks clearly earned this superb 5-star review. They gave me a detailed itemized estimate for the equipment and installation for the Regency gas fireplace insert that I purchased. Then they coordinated all aspects of the installation to include pulling the permits for the flue vent, electrical, and gas line installation. Post installation, they coordinated the county inspection. The owner of the installation company was personally present for the installation and county inspections. The Regency fireplace is top of the line and looks like a real fire with glowing coals...simply outstanding. As a result, I would highly recommend Aspen Green Gasworks as your one-stop shop for purchase and installation of a gas fireplace.

My number one priority was safety for my family and I got exactly that in addition to friendly professionalism, and a beautiful gas fireplace that I love. It was money well spent!! Working with Aspen Green was a very pleasant experience from the moment we walked into the showroom. We replaced two wood-burning fireplaces in our home with propane inserts. The process was seamless from start to finish. We interviewed two other fireplace companies before we found Aspen Green and each of those companies did not provide start to finish services.
