Enviro

We purchased a Enviro 601D linear fireplace and we have had nothing but trouble with it. I would strongly recommend not buying one ever. The lights continually burn out and now the fireplace has stopped working completely. Our installing company has been great in continually coming out to replace the lights and replace other items around the lighting system but we are all fighting with Enviro as the lights simply will not work. As well, the flame is really only visable on 3/4 of the fireplace. It's a very poor quality fireplace. They offered us $400 (to go away) and leave the fireplace without lights, and we paid over $6000 for the fireplace. We are extremely disappointed with the fireplace and the service from the company.

Our old fireplace needed replacing and we chose the Enviro G-2 we had it installed Nov 27 2024 we are very pleased with the unit and the installation it was very cold since it was installed it was excellent heat puts out great heat and is great performance by the remote so far excellent product

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE FIREPLACE AND THIS MANUFACTURE. We are not happy with the Enviro fireplace (C60 model). The fireplace is built in a way that the flame does not look even at all (see picture) and we have had nothing but trouble with the lighting on the fireplace - it simply does not work. Our installer has replaced the lighting and other items multiple times to try to fix them so they will work but they stop working within a few weeks. I would not recommend this brand ever. Extremely expensive brand and not worth the money.

We recently purchased two Enviro natural gas fireplaces, E331 and E301. The E331 is a bit larger and we selected the driftwood log set. The E301 is smaller with a much different log set and flame pattern. Both units are beautiful and we are very pleased with our purchases. The remotes act as a thermostat and we raise or lower the temperature depending on the time of day. The multi-speed fans on both units are pretty quiet and are able to heat up our spaces quickly when on high. Overall the Enviro products are performing "as advertised" and I'd recommend them to anyone contemplating a gas fireplace purchase. Mike H Victoria BC

Good Berkeley free standing fireplace, it pumps out the heat and we like the design, unfortunately we could not get the split flow model for 5 stars.

Absolute worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Bought an E33 guess insert and had it installed by a local installer. This thing is garbage. Sit there pressing the remote relentlessly waiting for it to hopefully light 10-15 times. And it doesn't. They also have problems with their flu system as the installer had to come back and disconnect the 2 flu pipes going up my chimney because it doesn't work correctly when they connect it to the unit. If you're looking for a gas insert and someone says ENVIRO FIREPLACES, . tell them you want something else

Just had the Enviro G39GI fireplace installed. It is a great fireplace and puts out a lot of heat even without the fan which is great for power outages. Great design and the drift wood logs look amazing. Definetly would recomend.

Highest quality. Lots of great options. Beautiful, too. Even without the fan on it puts out a good amount of heat - and you can adjust the flame level.

Just purchased the enviro meridian 2. Great stove, big difference over my old one. Great second sorce of heat. Put in basement and heats the first floor at 70 degrees.

The enviro Gas Insert is an Excellent Product!!! I received Excellent customer service support! I highly recommend this product to anyone seeking a gas fireplace insert!!!

We just had an S40I freestanding gas fireplace installed. It is a nice looking stove which produces a significant amount of heat in our house. It is relatively easy to use and we enjoy looking at the flames.

Just got our E25 gas insert installed and love it. I recommend to anyone looking for an insert to look at Enviro, they build a quality product.
