My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Installed a modern fireplace in the kitchen area and a gas insert in an existing fireplace with glass doors for an upgrade. The Mad Hatter did an outstanding job with professional and courteous workers. Very polite with excellent customer service skills. Also dependable.

The pros at Mad Hatter installed 3 sets of "Real Fyre" gas logs in our home. They were timely, professional and did a fantastic job. We highly recommend them and will do business with them again. Great people and superb customer service.
