Very horrible service first they lost our carpets and had to install the next day, glad they told us in the middle of the day they were supposed to install after taking our dog to daycare, second half of the house 2 weeks later and they cut it wrong and left the job partially finished, now they want us to wait another full day after they promised they would be back first thing the next morning. Luckily i waited to pay till the job was complete. Avoid them unless you dont need the job done within a reasonable time or you have nothing else to do but sit around and hope they show up with everything.

Horrible Experience!!! After paying a lot of money for new rugs you would think at the very least they would vacuum up all of the clippings. Nope! Installer Dave said his vacuum is out of juice. He didn't have a vacuum on the truck. They left the place a mess. Not only did they leave 5 rooms a mess, they covered up my floor vent. When you call the salesman (Scott) about the mess he states "some crews clean up some don't". I asked if that is there standard practice and he states "he's not the owner". How about a disclaimer "We will only install your new rugs but, we will leave it mess!" When I call back to let him know the installers covered up my floor vent he told me it was his day off and they might get back out there by the end of the week. I called the store and they couldn't help me because he wasn't the salesman on the job. What kind of business are they running? Horrible customer service. Beware, if your looking for quality service, keep looking. 3

I worked with Eric from this Kenny carpets location, it was a pleasure. I wasn't forced to make any decisions and was given samples to take home with me. Eric came out to the house and measured the room free of charged and even helped me in the decision making process. Super informative and knowledgable about all the products! I purchased my bathroom floor from Kenny Carpets and Flooring. The price was extremely reasonable and they installation done was perfect. I was able to get everything scheduled and installed within a week and am very happy with the floor. My parents also just purchased a bathroom floor and carpeting from them as well. I am also re-doing my kitchen and will be purchasing ceramic tile from them in the near future. I would highly recommend them. Great service, selection and pricing!!

had kitchen floors installed in my downstairs and upstairs apartments. great job and knowledge of the products i had installed. i had pergo flooring in the downstairs unit. love the flooring. easy to clean. never knew only to use windex on the flooring as the cleaner.
