Horrible experience. This was perhaps the worst experience I've ever had with a vendor. First they advised me that my fabric was not in stock and it would be delivered within 30 days. I was surprised when the fabric got delivered 2 days later to the upholsterer. Then when we received the finished product, we discovered they had sent the wrong color palate of fabric, and we also received almost 2 extra bolts of fabric! At this point, 8 new chairs had been upholstered and delivered at a substantial cost. When Patio Lane was contacted, they claimed the error was made at the upholsterer's end! No matter what I showed as evidence of their error, they denied it was their fault and though they offered to send new fabric, the cost to us to return chairs to upholsterer, do the job and pay for them to be returned made this impossible. I would not advise doing business with them.

Even though your sample came from us but you placed our fabric order from another vendor, we offered to exchange the fabric as a courtesy. Unfortunately, we don't have control over the order fulfillment processes of other companies. Please respond to our email if this is the direction you would like to take. I ordered cushions for my bed swing. The sunbrella fabric was sourced directly from them and the cushions came very quickly. I have referred to 4 other people who have the swings, just on my street. Love this company!!!

We purchased a set of five custom sized cushions for our outside bench. They arrived ahead of schedule and were extremely well crafted. The packaging kept them dry and safe in transit and was actually so so good that we decided to continue to use the packaging to store the cushions when they are not on the bench. The salesperson we worked with was excellent, understood our needs and helped us determine the type of material and filling that would best meet our needs. We would certainly highly recommend Patio Lane.

Love, love, love this company. They coached me every step of the way and kept me informed of their progress. I ordered 3 custom cushions to fill my oddly shaped banquet. With their long distance encouragement I made patterns for each cushion. I chose a Sunbrella fabric, Pebble and a solid fabric to welt. They even contacted me when the fabric arrived at the shop with a flaw, they sent it back and waited for new fabric. The cushions came shortly after in perfect condition. And they fit my odd corner like a glove. They were also about half of the cost my local decorator quoted me. They are so deep and sturdy we will be using them for many many years. Thanks Patio Lane!

Lots of options I didn’t see at other websites (which corners to round, where to put ties, cushion thickness and cushion type) and a good selection of fabrics. I placed my order for four bench cushions on Sept 18 and they shipped on Oct 4. I can’t speak to how they will wear and perform yet but the craftsmanship appears good so far.
