We hired Nightingale to remodel our home from floor to ceiling. Throughout the entire project, I did not feel a need to manage, check in on, or question them. “I used Brothers Renovations after the basement in my house in Royal Oak flooded with sewage back on 8-12-14. After a remediation company did the initial clean-up and removed the lower half of my finished basement, Brothers Renovations came in and demolished the entire basement, even removing the wooden studs, and rebuilt an entirely new basement from the metal studs up which was strategically designed to limit damage and clean-up in the event of another flood in the future. The owner, Alex Reschka, helped design the new finished basement and had excellent space-saving and cost-saving ideas and even created a unique hidden door (a sliding bookshelf) that completely hides a storage room and significantly improved the looks of the main room. I've gone from paneling and a drop ceiling to dry-walled ceilings and tiled floors. I now have a larger fully-tiled bathroom and a wet bar which no doubt enhance the value of my home. I found Mr. Reschka to be honest and trustworthy and Brothers Renovations provided excellent quality and craftsmanship. They stayed on schedule and within budget and I couldn’t be happier with the end-result. “Anything Maintenance is great! I originally hired them to fix some brickwork on my chimney that needed it after many years of faithful service. After they did such a great job with that I called them back for a few other jobs including converting (most notably) my garage into a full blown man cave with a full bar, soundproofed walls for jamming my guitars and music, as well as installing wiring, lighting fixtures, basically the entire garage was redone by them. They really put the ANYTHING in anything and cover a range of tasks. I am proud of their service and I will continue to use Anything Maintenance in the future!”
