A Frame Home Services is top notch! In February 2023, the winter ice storm in Austin caused a massive Oak tree to fall on our house and crash through our roof. Gene Garcia and his crew came to the rescue! Gene helped smooth out the insurance process and organize his team to get our home back to normal. We were pleased with their professionalism, craftsmanship and timeliness in helping our home feel safe again after such a terrifying ordeal. 5 stars for A Frame Home Services!

We ran into some issues this past week with pipes and leaks due to the hard freeze. A Frame Home Services came to the rescue and really bailed us out. Extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and professional, plus we love that this is a Veteran owned company. They're our new go-to team for housing issues/needs, and we cannot recommend them enough!

I cannot recommend A Frame enough. I was leveling and area for an unground pool. Well, my back yard has a significant slope and I had no idea what I was doing. Gene came out, gave me some suggestions and quoted me a reasonable price. He did what he was supposed to do, but went above and beyond. He fortified the leveled area to ensure the weight of the pool would not be an issue after it rains. He also noticed I was doing some landscaping improvements in my front yard. He brought over some things he was removing from another job and helped my yard look even better. A-Frame looks at your house as an advertisement for their business. Very thankful for this company and will use them again as need arrises.

I would highly recommend A Frame. Gene not only contacted me within an hour of contacting him, but he also walked me through and gave me advice on leveling our yard for an above ground pool. When the first contractors came and did not finish the job well, Gene went above and beyond to come and give us a consultation on how we could solve the problem ourselves, or he was willing to be hired to help us finish leveling the ground.

I highly recommend Gene and his crew at a frame. They were extremely professional and the quality of their work is awesome. They just completed a garage conversion for us and everything went very smoothly.

I have been so pleased with the work that A Frame has done at my house that I now use them for all of my home improvement projects, big or small. inside and out. They are always honest and professional and perform high-quality work at a fair price. They recently replaced my entire roof and repainted the house, and they did an excellent job. Very thorough and great customer service.

A Frame Home Services provided a variety of work on the exterior of my home. First they replaced all my doors and windows. Then they replaced part of the siding and sealed all damaged areas, leaf-guarded my gutters and pressure washed the house. They also sealed the roof at the chimney and installed a hand rail off the back deck. Finally, they painted the exterior as well as the back deck and railing. All work was performed as scheduled or sooner within cost projections. The best thing, besides the professional team that work on the project until it was finished, was the owner could take my ideas and translate them into workable, cost efficient projects. I highly recommend A Frame Home Services for any home repair project.

A Frame Home Services has been a huge help for me over the past 6 months. A spontaneous and quick hail storm hit my home in April and as a result, it needed significant repairs. As a former client of A Frame, my contractor (Gene Garcia) anticipated my needs and reached out to me. He was able to guide me through all of the processes I needed to complete for insurance claims, appraisals, adjustments and repairs. He held my hand through the entire process. He was available for may questions at all times and his friendly and timely response was outstanding. It was no time at all before he was able to help coordinate meetings with my insurance and agree to what needed to be done. Full roof repairs, gutters, patio, window, and paint repairs were just to name a few. This work was completed efficiently and top quality. Through the entire process, Gene stayed in constant communication with me and my ;insurance. The expenses for the repairs, my deductible, and budgets were always available for my agreement and review. The trust was quickly established and I was not hesitant to ask for other personal (not a result of hail storm) jobs to be completed as well. I am very impressed with the relationships that A Frame makes with the client. Building trust and keeping the communication fluid is a must for me. After each job was completed, my contractor (Gene) had me review/inspect it and if there were any questions or needs he quickly addressed them. Gene saw to it that his job is not completed until his client (me) is fully satisfied.

It was a wonderful experience working with Brian and A Frame Home Services. I had a lot of projects, big and small that I had been putting off: fence repair, front door replacement, painting and a long overdue bathroom update. Their team completed them all in a timely and cost efficient manner. I am delighted with the results and will definitely use them again. My floors really need replacing :-)
