We had some water damage to our first floor and required new flooring, sheet rock work, baseboards, some minor cabinetry work, and paint. Given how extensive this effort was, and living in our home for 17 years, we decided now was the time to add in a few additional enhancements such as new lighting, painting the entire inside (walls, ceiling, trim, doors, etc), upgraded baseboards, new front door, and a few other cosmetic upgrades to refresh and modernize. Can't give enough praise to Heather for finding a nearly exact match on our prior flooring so first and second floor match and finding us a great deal on door that we love. And a big hand goes to Marco and his team for attention to detail and making it all come together in a finished product that my wife and I are very satisfied with.

Amoraz remodeled both of my bathrooms and several things in my kitchen. (Sink, backsplash and hardware). They were very professional and completed the job before scheduled. I will defiantly use them again for future projects. I can’t say enough good things about their work and product selections. The ladies there picked out my color schemes for me and nailed it. You can’t go wrong with using Amoraz

We are very happy with the finished project. Robert was great during the design phase, as he helped bring our design vision to fruition. He was great about offering suggestions when we needed them, and he was really excited about several of the design features we proposed. We enjoyed walking the house with Robert and his carpenter, design the custom cabinetry details as we went, to get everything exactly how we wanted it. When the initial proposal came in more expensive than we hoped, Robert worked with us to get it more in the right ballpark while still preserving the most important elements of our design. When a few details didn't come out perfect, Robert was good about getting them fixed to our satisfaction. Our only complaint about the project was the timing, as it took longer than the proposal had stated. That seems normal, however, and Robert did work to get his subs moving more quickly when we complained about it.

The electrician that installed my light was very professional and did an excellent job. He arrived on time and was ready to work. The installation did not take long and he was able to complete the job in a short time.

This note is to communicate that my husband and I were extremely pleased with the work performed by Amoraz Custom Builders. They remodeled our kitchen which inluded replacing granite with quartz, the backsplash, and extensive electrical work since we wanted to relocate the microwave as well as have new undercounter lighting and under countier electrical bars installed where they were not on the backsplash as they were previously. I was impressed with the professionalism of both Robert and Heather. It was very difficult to locate the specifc quartz that I wanted because most others said that it was a Floor Decor special product. Robert made several calls and was able to locate it. He and Heather communicated regularly and kept me apprised of the progress. The workers who actually did the work were very nice and we like that they took extra effort to protect our floors and other appliances that they had to work around. I was grateful for this because we had a house renovated some time ago where this was not the case. They also went the extra mile of helping me locate paint colors to match my quartz and backsplash with a specific app that I didn't even know existed. In addition, Heather made recommendations for the replacement of the kitchen sink and passed on their discount with certain vendors. For the most part, the project was completed on time. The delay wa caused by something they could not control. (one of the key workers family member was in an accident; and Robert had agreed to replace him if it was going to be delayed by more than a couple of days which was acceptable to us). I do love my new kitchen and would highly recommend them.

My repairs consisted of many projects first was repairing cracked foundation due to my neighbor running into my garage along with repairing hardyplank and replacing my fence then fixing inside my garage that also was damaged then they did some outside cosmetic work painting etc the job turned out so nice I had them work on the inside of my house replace a toilet fix my ceiling where my roof leaked some more painting redid the floors in both bathrooms and also replaced the carpet in bedrooms Heather help and picked out the carpet and floors and the colors she picked out were perfect I can’t even begin to tell ya’ll what a wonderful job they did they’re very professional showed up on time and so very friendly I highly recommended Amoraz for whatever your project may be Thanks again Heather
