“I had 40 year old galvanized pipe finally give up, resulting with the kitchen and dining room ceilings falling in, right before our sons wedding, with all sorts of relatives coming to stay at our house. Great timing huh!!! GB Contractors came in an told us not to worry, that we got this. GB contractors did a wonderful job replacing the ceilings, the walls an the crown and base moulding, they ripped out the old counter tops and replaced them. They were able to salvage our 40 year old custom cabinets and refinish them, making them look better than new, they did all the work, all we had to do, was pick paint and tile colors, sinks, faucets and light fixtures, basically we ended up with a 21st century kitchen in a 20th century house and they did all this on time an within budget. Finding fantastic contractors that are good to their word these days can be difficult, my wife an I were very fortunate to find GB Contractors. We need a bathroom redone GB, give me shout when you have time.”

“I was in contact with Steve over several years as I planned and thought about the project. Steve never rushed the sale and just said whenever I was ready. He and I worked together on the design and he suggested some key items that added alot of value. He came in on budget and on time. His craftmen (carpenters, concrete, & mason's) were very professional and immediately corrected any issues that I came accross. We very much enjoy our outdoor kitchen and covered patio and I have no reguests.”

“I hired CHI after two people I knew used them with stunning results renovating their respective homes. My wife and I initially used them to "fix" the floor of our master shower. It turned into a beautiful transformation that we enjoy daily and will add to our resale value. Since then we have used them again and will continue to use them. We recommend them to our friends and family. CHI's work is very, very high quality. They stay within a time budget and financial budget and will communicate immediately is anything changes. They are very professional with the sole objective of satisfying the customer. To that end, a job is not complete until the customer says so. Above all, they are trustworthy. I cannot recommend them highly enough!”

“Harry James is an exceptional home builder and designer. I have worked with Harry on three homes he built for me from the ground up and everything went very well. Harry designed the homes and listened very carefully when I had concerns or wanted to make changes. When we had very few unexpected issues on the three homes we built and when an unexpected issue did arise with the city over drainage Harry was able to satisfy the permit people and all was well. Mr James is honest and fair in all he does........he is what you are looking for when you want to build a home......”

“Noble Oak did a great job building our home. It is a totally custom home that I had designed with an architect and with their help it turned out beautiful. They were great to work with and helped to make our home even better with their knowledge of building custom homes.
