Quality of work: 4.5 stars. Arnett's billing practices, 0 stars, average 2.25 stars. Their "bid" prices we got were tossed aside at the end of the job and he billed us by the hour, and won't even consider using his bid as having any meaning even when he is way over the bid. Great guys he has working there, but boy, that's some really shady billing, and he tried to defend his defenseless position when we questioned it. We paid, but never again.

After receiving multiple over-priced bids, I hired this company because the owner/installer came recommended from Blake Tile in Sequim, and because his bid was substantially lower than the others. His work was flawless, and my tile project wasn't a simple one. He showed up on time every single day, was very clear on how long each stage would take, and found a creative way to accomplish what I wanted done. My shower looks awesome, and it's thanks to this company. There are precious few recommendable contractors here on the peninsula, but this is a good one.
