Project management in construction cannot be underestimated when it comes to remodeling projects. Project management is the discipline of initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing the work of a team to achieve the goals of a project within the given constraints of scope, time, quality, and budget.
I am a firm believer that the major roadblocks to successfully remodeling projects are the lack of tedious planning, follow-up, and communication. Through the systematic use of project management knowledge and software, my approach to managing your remodeling project enables both you and I to fully understand the scope of the project and see the progress at every step of the way, including:
•An itemized proposal with all project details and scheduling, including the installation timeline.
•Project management software that incorporates daily logs, scheduling, messaging, to-do's, documents, and photos.
•Access to the project management software through a customer login page which will allow you to see material delivery schedules, job progress, permit inspection schedules, as well as comment threads that overcome communication barriers common in construction.

They were on time, quick to do what they needed to, clean up after themselves, and even made sure to take extra time to make sure the job was done right. I have to say, I am very pleased with the work that Eco Home Builders did on my bathroom. They were highly recommended by my neighbor, who also had them do some remodeling in her home. I had been looking for a while for someone to do some work on my bathroom and was worried about finding someone good enough to fix it up. However, after reading reviews online and speaking with several contractors, I decided to go with Eco Home Builders.

After I purchased my house, I gave the contract to a remodeling company, they ended up doing a job I wasn’t pleased with after constant delays and procrastination. I moved in but still needed the remodeling that suits me, so finding the right contractor was a picky choice for me.
